i want to compere every sort of vampier whether there from books games films or legends. i wil start with a couple and you can post your owen.
ok we have twiligth where they sparckle (wtf) we also have the traditional dracular,compleatly different yet still borth vampiers.

I know of psychic vampires (in a magic fiction book) or energy vamps (another bookand some that has the claim of practising such a skill, i tried it once but i dont feel any changes)
Then there are power vamps from buzz light year(cartoon)

There are a lot of vampires that comes from different countries. And the newest kind of vampire that I've found is the Loogaroo. It's not a Vampire like Dracula, but it's still considerate being a vampire. It's a person who made a deal whit a devil, and in exchange for the Devils power, they had to give the devil blood. They usually take animal blood, but if they don't have enough to satisfy the Devil, the Devil will take the persons blood instead, and the person dies. When the person is hunting for blood they take of they're body and skin and flies like a ball of fire to seek out victims.
Another one is the Soucouyant. They usually are old ladies in the outside of town. At day they are nice old ladies, but at night they take of they're wrinkly skins and, also, get turned into a vampiric fire ball, seeking blood from relatives, friends and neighbours.

Oh in malay lengends there is the pontiank, a lady ghost that feeds on pregnant ladies' blood or baby's blood/body.
Then there is also chinese vampires also known as Jiangshi
Fat vampires (no not Fat as in chubby but feeds on fats) in Smallville

i read a book with vampiers that lived on synthetic blood they had to drink reguly to suvive and they fell asleep as soon as the sun rose.

Okay, one more type of vampire that was in a movie is the vampires in "30 days of nights"
They where like...Zombies/vampires/Werewolf's whit no hair... I dunno, Didn't really like the movie or the vampires. But they make one kind of vampire.
And then we have the vampires in "Trinity Blood" (A manga and anime) where the Vampire called Krusnik could only drink the blood of other vampires, making them the best vampire hunters in time. Or something like that, haven't really read it that far but that is what I got out of it...
