Submit it for your approval... a world like our own, but different. They say that time streams have many paths. Some with good choices and some with bad. Most of these choices are show in the 'What if' series of comics. What if the X-Men were the villains instead of the hero? What if the Brotherhood were the defenders of the mutant race? What if Mutants over threw Humans? So, we bring you this story.... What if some of those Mutants crossed over into our world?

Scott and Jean were still working hard on the case of their missing teammate, Gambit. Scott sighed as he slammed his fist into the computer terminal. "Jean, it is beginning to look like there is no hope." He picked up his coffee and began to drink the warm liquid and kept going on his search. He felt bad for his wife. They had not had time to be with themselves since they returned from the wedding. Scott tried to prepare himself for this, but it seemed like not everything was accounted for. He felt like a horrible husband.

He lovingly touched the shoulder of his wife. "Jean, this can wait. I promise. If Cerebro picks up anything we will be notified. Let's go get dinner. Just you and me." He wanted to see her eyes light up and kissed her lips tenderly. He threw on his jacket and extended his hand to help her up out of the seat.

A few minutes passed and they were in town, enjoying a dinner at a little Chinese shop on the corner. From the window you can see Scott and Jean smiling and reminiscing about old times. How much they had done for the world and how much they plan on doing. There conversation was cut short when thunder brewed above them. Scott looked at the window and saw the wind picking up. "Jean, it seems that we are in for some back weather." He raised an eyebrow at the comment of getting a little wet. "Then if we are going to get wet, we might as well go see a movie." He paid the bill and started to walk with her toward his car.

Once they got to his car, he looked in horror. The car had been vandalized. He turned to see men with chains and bats walking toward them. Their speech was full of hate and anger. Scott looked to his wife and knew there was no way to get out of this one with peace. The winds howled and lightening cracked across the sky. A red and purple mist came over the two lovers.

The angry mob murmured to each other as they closed in. An optic blasted came from the cloud as it slammed him into the wall. The mist disappeared and what stood before the mob was not the two that was there before. Cyclops wore his hair different and a new battle worn outfit. Black leather with gold armbands. On his right shoulder it looked almost militaristic, but it was a symbol not used in this world. Cyclops snarled at the humans. "Pathetic cattle!" He blasted another guy into the Chinese shop they had left moments later.

The mob began to have a change of heart when they learned they could not win this fight. Scott laughed as they ran. He put his arm around Jean and gave her a kiss. She smiled as they reeked havoc to the remaining mob members.

[Rules: Not all the X-Men were changed. If you want to be a part of the "dark X-men" send me a message we have 12 good guys at the moment so that gives us 6 and 6. Also villains if you read the description above most of the brotherhood/villains were good in this time. There is 6 villains currently, if you wish to be a part of the good alliance, message me, which gives us 3 and 3. You have until tonight to message me and I will post who is on what team tomorrow. As for roleplaying, act as if your going on with your lives, what are you doing? This is a hero/villain rp. So have fun with it. Good luck]

-Logan had just arrived from Canada, he had a long night over there and couldn't sleep at all. He then decided to talk around the city, with a cuban cigar he was givened back when he went to Miami. Things have change in this city, it was like people were finally getting mature and thinking before acting. He walks down a street where all you see are stores with bright light, and teenagers with 5 bags on each hand. I was pretty wierd to see this city change and everything so calm atleast for a day. Logan spots a robery and cracks a smile through the smoke that he released, he quickly catches the guy's scent and walks like nothin is happening, and sees the guy getting away on an unknown car that was parked a few blocks away. Logan taps his shades down a bit to see the car, and he makes a left while running through the woods. He keeps an eye on the car as it makes a turn towards the street infront of Logan. Logan knew that the guy was going to fast to catch him on time, so he climbed a pine tree and reaches the top on good timing, he grabs his cigar and rubs it on his leather coat and putting it on his pocket. Then shoots out his claws and jumps in mid air, causing him to land exactly on top of the car. The guy looks up and sees Logan's claws causing him to scream and driving off the road. Logan looks straight ahead and sees that if he doesnt get his a** out of there, he's gonna get a bit hurt. So he smashes the driver side window and grabs the guy while throwing him ontop of a pile of snow. Logan didnt have time to jump so he gets into an accident that a normal human can never survive, the rober sees the explosion and smiles, out of no where he sees logan walking towards him with his jacket half way burned making him more angry. The rober starts to crawl backwards while having a raped looking face, Logan then sucks in his claws but knocks the guy out-

"You better thank big man upstairs that its a New Year bub"

-After Logan said what he had to say, the police arrived only finding themselves looking at the rober with a three claw slash across his shirt. The police are now aware that the mutants have come back, but Logan wanted to give them a message without knowing if there was gonna be problems. Logan was already at a bar drinking a cold beer, nothing's better than that after saving the day--

Jean felt the card, slice across her cheek as she pulled away from Scott Summers. She was definitely dressed in attire, that you wouldn't normally see Mrs. Summers in. She hissed, feeling the blood starting to drip slightly along her cheek bone. Her emerald eyes flared up in a wild fire, as she turned on her heel.

Her attire was golden, silver and black attire. Leaving little to any man's eye, getting a good look over. Her long crimson hair, settled nicely along her bare shoulders. Her spiked heels, were enough to make a grown man cry, especially if she dug her heels into one's chest.

"You are SUCH a fool!" Her entire body lit up like fire, as she used the Phoenix Force, to toss a pillar of phoenix fire in the direction of the card throwing man across the way. "May you burn in hell for all eternity, for messing up my face!"

-He smelled smoke from somewhere near him, he reached into his pocket and whipped out a crumbled 20 dollar bill. He starts to dust off his leather scholar jacket after taking a quick smoke. He then walked with his shoulder raised high and his hands in his jacket's pockets.. feeling cold, no one can blame him because everynight in that city the temperature drops massively. He sees Jean and Scott while Gambit hising behind a car, he then rolls his eyes and walked right by him. He didnt do anything to help because je knew what type of people they are and he would just be wasting his time. He winked at Jean, and growl at Gambit and kept walking he knew Scott was gonna say something but he didnt care what Scott says he just a boyscout.-

((I'm NOT Gambit. I am Pierre, his son. AKA Spades. Also, I have the same powers as my father with the added ability to harness an objects potential energy and send it hurtling in any direction :3 ))

Pierre lept over the car as it slammed into the burning building behind him.

"Scott?! That is you! What's going on?" he called, still shook up after the attack. Something wasn't right. Scott and Jean would never attack Pierre-- or would they?

His hands were ontop of the jacket pocket that held his cards, fingers wiggling anxiously. He didn't want to attack if this was just a misunderstanding. But there was something going on here, the way Scott and Jean were visiously attacking. If they had thought Pierre was betraying them, they wouldn't have been so quick to go for the kill, they'd have tried to work it out. Atleast, that was what Pierre was thinking. Or hoping.

"YOU HOLD YOUR PLACE!" He pointed to Pierre. "The fun is just beginning..." A cold laugh left his lips as his attention turned about to Logan.

"Is your hearing not so well? This isn't like you, old man. Usually you like breaking in new mutants. Come on." He pushed his a little hoping to get a reaction from him. He broke his gaze to see if Pierre was trying anything.

A man came flying threw the front window of " Chang's Chinese " Bishop turned around as the sounds of glass breaking filled the room. Bishop walked over to the man with a quick pace. Bishop looked down at the man with a remorseful look on his face. " Who did this to you ? ". Bishop asked as he looked down. The man began to cough up blood his life was coming to an end, " It......It... W-Was the evil mutant's ...... ". The man went dead and laid there blood was making it's way across the floor. Bishop mumbled under his breath, " Mutant's running amok in the city this is bad... very bad ". Bishop jumped out the broken window and ran down the street to see Pierre fighting Jean and Scott fighting Wolverine. Bishop ran down the street and headed towards Pierre, " What in god's name is going on here ? ".
