Itachi. And,tttavian, If you read the manga or watched the next episode after Itachi's Death, you will find out that Itachi had planned out his death (Meaning that he was going to die anyway), was weakened by disease, gave half of strength to Naruto, overused Mangekyou obviously on purpose, and never had the intention to kill Sasuke, at all. So technically Sasuke really, if you want to say killed (which he really didn't since Itachi killed himself by draining Chakra), just beat a half-blind Itachi, dying of disease and with only half of his initial strength.
