I'd suggest Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, since it's the first Touhou game for Windows.
Hard to be a fan of a game, when you've never played the game. XD
Here's downloads for the games. It's missing one or two, I think. I know it's missing the new fighter game.

Well, I cleared up some space on my laptop and most of my college applications are in, so I finally have some free time so I finally tried downloading it.
It only works on Windows... T-T
I'm gonna see if I can get a program that'll let me run it.
