POST ONLY SECRETS
This is a place for secrets. We are here for you to post your thoughts, secrets, memories, feelings, problems or beliefs. You can use this as a personal diary, to writing menial things about your day or how you’re feeling. But remember that your post must contain something meaningful. No random emotes, pictures or links with no reason of being there.
NO SPAM
Do not bump, spam or post for gold. Any posts like these will be deleted. This also includes random pictures with no meaning, or reason for being there as well as emotes with no text attached. Of course, sometimes a picture can lighten the mood, or say 1000 words. We`re just trying to keep out random pictures that have no reason of being there.
DO NOT CAUSE DRAMA
You don`t have to agree with what everyone says. You are entitled to your opinion, and beliefs. But with that being said, please don`t fight with someone else`s views/opinions. As soon as drama is being caused, warnings will be issued.
NO CHATTING
Although we support encouragement, you cannot chat in Inner Secrets. If you see someone you would like to help, feel free to PM them. (although don`t get upset if you get no reply, some people prefer privacy) But do not reply to secrets within the thread. Even in separate posts, this is considered chatting, and will be deleted. We have created a chatting forum for that kind of stuff. wink
DO NOT BE MEAN
We come here to feel unjudged, and be free. Although Inner Secrets is a place to rant about your secrets, opinion and beliefs, if you don`t agree with someone’s point of view, please do not take it upon yourself to tell them they`re opinion is dumb or wrong. If we feel you are targeting someone in a negative way, we will take action. Do not flame, or judge anyone based on appearance, or words, cause you`ll be n big trouble!
FOLLOW GAIA`S TOS
Anything breaking the TOS, will be reported straight to Gaia Moderators, without a warning.
COMMUNICATION
If you see someone breaking the rules, please remember that while we are asking them to be considerate to you, we also ask that you be considerate to them. People will slip up and make mistakes, so do not jump down their throats. Politely ask them to scale back the conversation. If they ignore a polite request, or become confrontational, stop. Take a screen shot, and approach the Captain or one of the Vice Captains. Put them on ignore if you must. However, you should ultimately allow us to handle it. We feel that if members attempt to police each other, it only leads to conflict and ultimately, the drama that we’re all seeking to avoid.
Drama, trolling, insulting or being a jerk will get you booted out. We’re all trying to enjoy the thread, and the last thing we want to do is log on and deal with squabbling and drama. If you can’t be a part of Inner Secrets without causing problems, you can’t be a part of Inner Secrets.
WARNING & BAN SYSTEM
Although sometimes we all make mistakes and slip up once in a while, some people tend to make more than others, and it gets to the point where they are intentionally breaking rules. It is then, that we have to implement a way to get rid of people who cause frustration and drama.
First Warning - Will be a PM to your account with a reason as to why we are warning you, and a screen shot of the offense.
Second Warning - Will be another PM with another screen shot.
Third and final warning - If there is a persistent rule breaking we will issue a permanent ban.
None of us honestly want to have to ban anyone, but the rules are here for a reason.
If you feel like you have been unjustly banned, or warned, feel free to PM Huntress Yukie, or a Vice Captain with a complaint and a reason as to why you think you`re being unfairly targeted, and we`ll see if we can get the issue figured out. We aren’t out to victimize you, we truly are working hard for each and every Guild Member and to make this environment as safe and comfortable as possible.
