Not exactly sure how to introduce myself here..
I'm Moth, I like the X-Men (obviously) and I'm currently attending the Art Institute of Pittsburgh for Graphic Design. I'd like to be a comic book artist someday, and I even work at a comic book store, too.
Despite my character, Cobweb (which I posted her profile there), you will find some of "me" in there, but only bits and pieces. I'm unable to stay in-character as a canon character so I figured I'd create my own mutant with a new type of ability I've yet to discover in existing comics, myself.
As for the "traumatic childhood" in her bios, I'm not entirely sure if something like that ever occurred in my life, since I don't remember too much of my childhood due to a sheltered life until I was 17.
I like other comics such as Lobo, Harley Quinn, Transformers (here and there), and Deadpool.. etc. What I find funny is I know more about Marvel comics and characters, but most of my favorite characters are from DC.
To get the basics of my likings for the X-Men out of the way, here's what I've got:
[Favorite]: Beast (no cat-face, plz)
[Age of getting into it]: 5 or 6, can't remember
[What got me into it]: the old cartoon (hellz yeah)
[Comics I read]: Just about anything with Beast in it except for the cat-face and the Exiles.. I'm sorry, but I can't picture Hank gay...
[Most valued memorabilia]: Amazing Adventures issue 11 (the first appearance of Beast being furry.. and grey lol!)
[other memorabilia]: Marvel icons grey-furred Beast figure, Kelsey Grammer Beast figure, a loose figure of Beast (can't remember the name of the series, but it's kinda recent and he's uber posable) Ultimate X-Men Beast bust, Beast plushie, buncha comics...
And finally, a question I've been asked a lot before:
Q: What would you do if you met Hank McCoy?
A: I would either hug him, or ask if I could scratch him behind the ears and rub his belly. >.>;

Hi! Welcome! Your in PA that is epic! You like Harley. I like Harley! Harley and Ivy and Canary... Im a DC and Marvel fan. I love both lol.
I think alot of us choose a character we can relate to or put some of ourselves into. I know that storm is like me hence my love for her.

lol. Harley is epic! Okay You got a harley costume? Okay here is my rundown of costumes: Harley, Ivy, Black Canary, batgirl, Supergirl, Supergirl movie version, Wonder woman, catwoman, black widow, Robin, The Flash, Elektra, Storm (90s x-men cartoon), Spidergirl. ANd I think I have more but that is all that comes to mind right now lol.

I'm pretty much only Harley because I'm skinny and I wish I had boobs... *is very boob-conscience and suffers from boob envy*
I plan to be Darlene at this year's Pittsburgh Comic Con, though. My bf's gonna be Lobo. whee
Other than that, there really isn't any other female character I could ever dress up as... except MAYBE Hawkgirl..

lol Im trying not to talk about my chest but I will just say God Blessed me. AS for HAwk girl WHICH version? JLU Or comics? The new one? I wanted a Hawk girl and Vixen costume. I actually have a cAt named Mari and one named Shyira (Not their full names but part of their names)

I wasn't aiming for any Hawkgirl in particular, as long as I kept her colors and the cowl (with wings, dur). That ended up not happening, though. D:

Hahahaa!! You're adorable! And I absolutely love how you made your Storm costume. I hardly see any Storm cosplayers with that costume style ever. ^^

Thanks granted most of those pics were years ago. I plan on getting my storm cosplay updated and getting the X iron on's. Hey I grew up with that cartoon so Its myf avorite storm. I see storm with the psylocke style outfits andI dont really care for those cosplay outfit. lol Thanks though for adding me on myspace!

My friends recently tried to kidnap me and make me go to Ohayacon (spl?). I wanna go but I don't know if I'll have the money and I gotta ask my manager if I'm able to take the weekend off.
Man, I feel so left out. There's a lot of things I get left out on in convos because I don't get out entirely too much.. hearing about the con bugs me so I wanna go, damnit..
High chance I'll be Harley, too. XD;
