You didn't give us a link to the body...
I would advise, since this is your first doll, to get the bobobie body, it will save you the trouble of trying to find a body that will fit that head/match her resin colour.
However if you really want to their might be a thread about this kind of thing on Den of Angels

...Well, it would help to know which body you're asking about...
Otherwise, Junky Spot is a Bobobie dealer, so you could just shoot them an email asking them about it.
I would also say just save yourself the hassle and use the Bobobie body.

Through my experience with the Bobobie bodies (I've got an apollo myself), I've learned that it is a good body for starter dolls but does in fact come with a great deal of frustration.
The body WILL come to you exceptionally floppy. While it will stand it likely won't be able to hold too many poses unless restrung on the correct size string and sueded, possibly wired.
The posing is alright but the aesthetic look of some of it is a bit off.
Once you're used to it then it's rather easy but until then it can be complicated and frustrating.
