Alright, so I've been taking great advantage of the Gaia exchange as of late, in an attempt to complete my two quests. So, I figured that I'd open an exchange thread in the guild so members can buy at low prices and when they want to, sell items quickly. I'm open to most items, so long as I've got enough, and the item's Market value is increasing.

Lowball. The concept of offering a price that might be considerably lower than the MP (I won't offer too much lower). I was thinking of offering 35k, seeing as to how the ABP is 37k.
