To the one that I serve

So if you had to choose, which of those three Gods would you worship?

ODINODINODINODIN.

Back in The Day, when I was small, I was really into the Egyptian deities and I thought Ra was the s**t. One day I'm going to knuckle down and really study the Kemet lot and pay some special attention to Ra. I've always had a soft spot for Zeus since I became a Pagan.

But Odiiiiin, all the way.

Why?

I just thought it would be an interesting experience. I'd have to say I'm more drawn to Odin than any of the other three. The two Egyptian deities I have an interest in are Thoth and Osiris (I forget their Kemetic names).

Dude, this isn't a "Who's God Has The Bigger d**k" contest. All three did amazing and wonderful things in their pantheons, neither one is better then the other.

All are the s**t. Recognize.

Besides, I dare you to say that to their faces. wink

Of the three I would say Odin as well. Then out of the three pantheons mentioned I am drawn to the Norse more than the other two. I felt no connection to the Greek Pantheon and very little connection to the Egyptian Pantheon. The only Egyptian deity I felt a leaning towards was Sakhmet and that leaning was short lived.

Djehuti (Jehuti) for Thoth and Asar for Osirus

As someone who has stuck with the Kemetic Pagan path, I have to say Ra. I don't really know well the other two. So I guess I'm a bit biased.

To the one that I serve

The only reason I feel any connection to the Egyptain deities was that when I would scribe the Temple Grimoire I felt connected to Djehuti and saw his image in my mind.

Note: I don't follow Ra specifically. So I don't know what his feelings on this would be. ninja Blasphemy's fun ain't it?

I would, if I knew where they were! To get the fullest extent of his powers, Odin had to give up and eye. Ra aged, and almost died..Zeus, well, he did nither. And have you noticed the the Greeks never prophecised the end of all things?

Hey all smile

Just wanted to point out that Horus and Ra are different Gods. Ra (Re) is the all-knowing, all-seeing Sun God. Whereas Horus (Heru) has a number of personalities relating to protection, heroism and defence.
