When those evil monsters lock up your rings. Open and close your inventory to unlock them. The key for this is R. So if you quickly press RR you can get back to attacking that monster. It doesnt make it so you can move but you can attack which can be useful when fighting eb on end boss.
Works on: Endboss, the Queen in ss, Robofish. (all tested and proved by yours truely.)
Not tested: The masks in Otomi Ruins.
Ps. I believe this works on all animated that lock your rings. But I haven't tested them all. And those were the only ones I could think of that lock you. Are there more? (i dont rememberr)

Wow...that's genius...haven't tried it yet :but that sounds really useful! razz After a while can you then move again once the daze runs out?

I think you might be confused. It doesnt unlock you if your dazed. But if someone like the queen "puts you to sleep" you can open and close your inventory so that way you can attack her some more. (or heal your crew and what not.) Once the queen's "sleeping powers" wear off of you you can move again. but not untill they wear off, you can just attack. I hope that clears things up.

Yeah yeah, I got want you meant, just used unfortunate words :L Hehe I never think of dazing as dazing, more dying :/ But ok, sounds great! thanks smile This'll make the queen so much easier on hard razz

let me get this straight all you need to do is open and close your inventory and you will be able to use your rings but not move until the sleep spell is over right?

This one doesn't work for me.
As far as I've ever seen, it removes the paled out rings and lets you perform ring movements, but I've never seen it do damage to the animated.

1. papa saw
2. robo fish
3. queen lorial
4. any other animated that stuns and puts 2 sleep
