The best battle I've seen so far would have to be Tobi versus Naruto and Co.
As for a battle I'd like to see...
Well, it would be cool to see who would win in the eternal Rivalry of Kakashi and Might Guy.

The best fight was Pein vs Naruto because naruto killed Pein smile
And id like to see Sai vs sasuke 1v1

yeah that would make a good battle, my fav. hmmm has to be naruto vs. pien, i am sorry it was an epic battle
i would like to see sakura versus Karin(you sasukes little stalker girl.)

That battle with Sai would be pretty good.
It was really short but an epic battle was Hinata trying to fight Pain.
She got her a** whooped in a few seconds.. Pardon my language.

my favorite battle battle would have to be sasuke and itachi and i think a cool battle would be hidan vs. madara
