this is an art and writing guild (somewhat) right? so come up with an art or writing topic.

Art- pick a topic: maybe the most interesting flower, or self portrait, or since a lot of people here love anime maybe fan art. have them use diff mediums (paint, chalk, pencils, pastels, computer) something like that. even sculptures idk. theres always avi art contests

Writing- make them create a type of poem (sonnet, haku, whatever) with diff topics or something

maybe photo contests (funny, animal, black and white pics)

oooh a costume contest lol XD
we can always play the alphabet game lmao
theres always bumping and page reaching contests
anything helping?

i had another thought too for writing. maybe have them write about experiences, like have a topic for funniest or scariest experience eek

I understand that, Wear you write a story based on the song, like a lesson learned in the song, or a person;s emotions.

Or where you post the list of songs and they have the length of the song (or song list) to write a short drabble - inspired by the songs they listen too?


I don't have topics, but I always find the word limited challenges interesting. For example, a complete scene/story under 500 words.

You can do a team based challenge where an artist and writer work together. But this requires roughly equal number of artists and writers and some evidence of their work to help them pair up. Still, something to think about for future challenges. Or, a variation, if we get enough members active doing a writing team challenge where two writers have to work together on an entry.
