This is a large long hall building. It is divided into two main halls. One in a library with rows and rows of buildings. It is reiatsu locked in this room allowing only studying of kido. There is a cafe to the north wall that serves refreshments and other snacks. It is much like a borders in the real world.
The second and larger of the halls is a gymnasium style room. It has many designs on the floor. One is a dueling circle, the other a dueling zone used by fencers, and the whole floor itself is used for battle recreation. Programs can be run in this area to manipulate the floor tiles. There are evenly sized tiles making the whole floor. There are a total of 10 tiles. Each one 50ft by 50ft.
Each tile can be shaped to create different scenes for real life situations. And all of them can be shaped to create on massive simulated area. The tiles move up, down, and change color, shape and to trees, ice, simulated water, grass, rocks, etc.

Irourgiro kurisu walks into the building "wow this is pretty good" said kurisu as he looked around "i guess i do have good ideas" kurisu said as he walked out of the building Lt. Tama wlaked it to fine kurisu in there "Hey, i tought i told you to get to the combat dojo!?" Tama floded his arms and raised an eyebrow.
