Factions:
Eden dwellers: The survivor who took shelter inside the Eden’s. They were chosen specifically for there skills that would help rebuild the world after the nuclear fall out.
Freaks: Humans who have been infected with the E.V.E( Enhanced viral evolution) which often has unforeseen side effects. they have become mutated to better adapt to the wasteland after the fall out.
Wastelanders: people who were not chosen to be sheltered by the Edens. Many of them have joined together and created make shift communities and towns.

The year is 2012 and Obama had failed to stabalize the economy resulting in the collapse of economies world-wide. Enraged by the United State's failure to maintain balance, the Russian ambassedor brought back the gravest of news, the United States was alone. Russia had bought out the United States allies and now everyone was against them.
In a furry and a frenzy an all out war began.
For fear of their lives, the richest people of the world congregated in government run underground facilities around the Globe. These special facilities were called E.D.E.N. No one knew what E.D.E.N. stood for or meant, they just knew that these facilites were only for the rich that could pay their way in. These few were the only ones to escape the nuclear catastrophe that would desolate the rest of man-kind.
Now as peace seems to settle on this barren land, the survivors in E.D.E.N. are about to find out what really lies outside their little paradise.

Mutation: All normal teeth replaced by sharper pointed teeth. Enhanced digestive system allows the digestion of any type of meat. Slight cannibalistic tendencies

Appearance:
Bio: Kael grew up in the 2nd Eden. There he volunteered to be a test subject for the E.V.E. After an unforeseen mutation Kael was Banished from the Eden after killing several residents. Kael wondered the wasteland in search of a home. He found refuge in a small settlement built by a large group of wastelanders . While they do not trust Kael they put up with him as long as he doesn’t try to eat them.

Kael sat on the porch of his small shack on the outskirts of the small town biting his finger nails. His eyes darted back and forth watching all of the villagers going about there day. He grumbled to himself about not being allowed to eat inside the town and something about frightening the children.
