In this area you'll find out any new updates regarding the village that any shinobi may need to know about such as changes made to the village or even future events that may take place. For any questions p.m the Kage or a local moderator for more information.

So glad I was able to fix up my own village... *Glare at Seraphim* Nah... Less work for me.
Ahem... Greetings! I'll be your new Mizukage. I only have one rule dealing with forums: If you want to add in something, like a personal home or hangout location, pm me first to get the go ahead. 99% of the time I won't have a problem with it. It's just there could come a point where there are like fifty forums that have only three posts each. It becomes a pain.
Other than that, have fun. I'll be opening Swordsman positions soon, and I will be taking only the best. I mean only THE best. I will probably be doing a guild wide tourney to pick with. I will also monitor sword submitions. No swords based off the series, that means no Cleaver or Snake Sword. I'm looking for originality and skill.
Now, next on the list... I won't be taking an overflow of upper ranking shinobi. Limitations need to be put in place. O
If ten jounin began to run around without any lower ranks, then there would be no need to get better and stronger. You want higher than Gennin from the start, you PM me first. Depending on rank ratios, I'll agree or disagree. Kages have the right to regulate shinobi ranks as of now. I will exersie it.
Next, squads. DOn't worry. This one's short. I'll be listing squads by order of profile entry. If you would like to be in a certain squad with another person, I'll do it as soon as I can.

As of January 30th, 6 p.m. Central U.S. time, all shinobi with their profiles posted on the profile thread have been assigned a squad. The only exception that may be played in the future is squad 1's jounin, which may or may not be switched with squad 2's sensei depending on it I like the sister concept. As of right now, squad 1 is the only one filled. I'm closing all jounin applications until those two squads are filled. Once that happens, jounin will be allowed to join once again.
If you were not assigned a squad, then you didn't post your shinobi profile in Kiri's profile thread.

Mizukage here! Listen up, boys and gals! Things are gonna be run same as they were before... however long ago it was... SO! I need a couple of things from you all.
1.) The Seven Swordsman of the Mist will be, of course, brought back. However, after the failed examination period I so cleverly thought up of, I'll just do a... what could I call it?.... Heavy Investigation. Basically, make up a Swordsman character with the profile skele and send it to me via pm titled POTS - S.S. of Kiri. The best designed characters will be accepted. Now, what would I consider better than the rest when designing a character? Take into account Mary Sue character builds... and stay away from them.
2.) Resubitions! I need to know who's on board with us and who ain't, so repost yer profiles in the profile section. I'll work soon on deleting the old ones.
3.) Village ideas! Got any thoughts on how to make Kiri the go-to place for fun and awesomeness? Lay 'um on me via PM titled POTS - Kiri.
That's all for now. We have a long road ahead of us, but with you and my awesomeness... we just might make it through it all.
