Ishida dies lonely
Yoruichi x Soi Fon (yuri fantasy pair)
In reality Yoruichi won't be coupling with anyone because she loves toying with people too much. She's a cat.
Kyoraku x Nanao (she finally straightens him out...well not really)
Tatsuki x Chad (she's the dom (uke?) though...surprising, right?)
Karin x Jinta (they never shut up)
Hanataro x Yuzu (in a few years, of course. You perverts.)

Except for that last one, Nio's are all totally bogus. Me and Yoruichi are totally having a fling right now. Like I said, she'll never settle down though so its only a fling.
Oh, and I'm not even sure which of those was supposed to be serious or not anymore so don't bother asking, just figure it out on your own.
