I have this issue... along with bipolar, I also have GAD. I tend to worry so much, what i think, and i end up thinking im doing something wrong. I do crazy things, and i end up worrying so much. Im scaring my boyfriend, and i want it to stop. I want to stop the worrying and be who I am.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Maybe you could start keeping a journal to write all your worries in? Or when you're worried maybe you should stop, sit down, and give yourself s chance to figure out why you're really worried, and what you're willing to do about it or if your feelings are rational, that helps me sometimes.

Ahh okay. That sounds like a good idea too. I tend to have dilusional thoughts as well you know, which really really suck
