There are a few rules for buy/sell/trade in Loamhill, so make sure you read the fine print before you go showing what an a** you are by not reading the rules in a tl;dr shop.
R) Absolutely no sales or trades are final until they are posted in their appropriate stickies. They should, however, be finalised in your minds before then. There's a whole subforum dedicated to bartering, haggling, and bitching and moaning about how everyone's prices are unfair and suck. Use it and don't clog up the stickies.
T) To post your sale/trade in a sticky, follow these rules:
a) posts the sale or trade in appropriate sticky (how many times am I going to say that, right?).
b) comes along, sees that has posted their sale/trade, and quotes it with only one word: "agreed".
c)'s agreement is the handshake of the sale/trade, so at that either can tell VariN or I or just wait until we see it, it probably wouldn't be that long anyway.
F) The trade is not final until VariN and I see that both sides are agreed, so don't think about whining. If posts their agreement, but retracts it before we see it, then the sale or trade is canceled. Likewise, if removes the sale or trade, it's not being done. We are not touching it until both parties are on the sticky, because we are not playing the "I didn't agree to that" game.
M) We reserve the right to add to/subtract from/edit these rules as we see fit. Because someone's going to come along and make us. That's how life is.
