The Bingo Book is an article which lists the various criminals throughout the world. Those whom are considered criminals are updated and registered into this article, listening whom they are along with a picture of what they look like. With that, there is also details on their abilities along with their crimes. The Bingo Book raises the criminal awareness so they can be captured. This thread is in charge of keeping track of International Criminals. These criminals who pose threats towards the ninja world, sometimes even being the sole individuals for sparking wars between countries. These criminals are usually labeled as SS class and are placed in National Bingo Book, giving any village the consent to capture or kill them. Be wary, these ninja are often targeted and recruited by other criminal syndicates for their reputations and are probably highly respected within on many sides of the criminal world.
