Whistling cheerfully, Gwen hoisted her backpack up and pulled her jacket around her more securely. Her gloved fingers fumbled for a moment with the straps on her backpack, allowing the heavy bag to sit higher up on her back. That had been a good robbery. She would eat well for a few days before she needed to go out again. Not to mention the money and jewelry in the hidden pocket of her coat. That would most certainly be useful.
When a neighbor, out early jogging, passed Gwen, she said "Hi Susan," and Gwen replied with a subtle "Looking good Jen" and a smile. Jen jogged onward, looking both flattered and uncomfortable. This was a common trick of Gwen's. Not only did her neighbors believe that Gwen was a woman named Susan, but they also held encouraged suspicions that she was a lesbian. Sometimes humans could tell something was off when they met Creatures. So to misguide them, Gwen simply turned their feelings of discomfort into a socially accepted feeling of discomfort. Homosexuals were accepted much easier than Creatures. In fact, many homosexuals were glad when Creatures were found out. It meant that they faced much less discrimination.
Turning into the alley that led to her apartment, Gwen let out a shocked "What the hell!" This was mainly because there was a ******** Agent sitting there, pegged to the ground. Of course, because she looked very much human, this would seem like more of a surprised remark made by a human finding another human. Stunned, her heart pounding with adrenaline, Gwen thought quickly. It would seem much less Creature to help the Agent and since she had been in a facility for children, field Agents would not recognize her. That and her appearance had changed since she had escaped three years ago. Gwen was much less a girl and much more a woman. Her bright red hair had darkened significantly and was now a lot longer. Her chubby cheeks had thinned and her freckles had faded. And she had become a marvelous actress and liar, practically a human.
Only a split second had passed between Gwen's shocked statement and her rushing forward to help the Agent. Kneeling down, she shook the woman lightly. She looked like she had been there all night. Plastering a look of concern on her face, Gwen asked "Are you alright? What happened?" while pulling a pocket knife out of her pocket to pry out the stake holding the woman's wrists.

As she watched Lehr and that other Creature leave Sharron started to panic. With her hands behind her back the way they were she had no way of touching the btton on her radio. With out backup Sharron could be there at the very least three days before anyone found her. She was known for going on stake uts multipler days at a time without any contact with the Agency. When she got back to head quarters that would be the first thing to change. No one would be doing anymore solo stake outs. She wrestled with her bindings a bit before finaly giving up. this was uncomfortable as all get out and she could already feel sores starting on her wrists from the metal rubbing against them. She was in such a remote part of town that even yelling for help would do nothing but hurt her throat after a while. All she could do now was sit and wait.
Sharron had no idean how she'd managed to fall asleep as night cam but she did. It probably had something to do with the two days of no sleep she'd gotten hunting some creature near Golden Gate but that was beside the point. Exhaustion finaly overcame her as the street lamps turned on. Sleep was uncomfortable, but then again who would really be comfortable with their hands in makeshit cuffs staked to the ground. She was shaken from sleep in what seemed to be early morning by some red head. 'Thank god for normal people.' She thought to herself as the girl worked to free her. "What time is i?" She asked groggily, blinking her eyes to get the sleep out of them.

"It's about 5:30 in the morning," Gwen replied to the Agent. Sitting behind the woman, Gwen had to practically lay on the ground before she could tell that the metal was completely welded together. No chains or attachments, just solid metal. Letting out a small gasp, Gwen jerked up as if frightened. "Was it...was it one of those things that did this to you?"

"yes it was." SHarron said softly. God Damn Lehr and her new friend. To think at one point that thing had been her friend. "Can you get me out? or get someone that can?" She asked, She needed to get back to Manson and let him know what was going on.

And the seasons, they go round and round
Silas was walking along in Chinatown, looking for his partner. 'Probably fell asleep somewhere,' he thought as he ventured a little bit further. It was early morning and was still not-quite-light out.
Silas saw two figures ahead of him. One of them looked like Sharron with weird cuffs that connected to the ground. He strode over to her with a smirk.
"Gotten ourselves into quite the predicament," he reached into her pocket and pulled out her cigarettes. "Would you like one?" he offered. He then turned his attention to the red-head inspecting the cuffs. "Why hello there," he greeted her. "So Sharron, How precisely did this happen?"

Sharron only half smiled at Silas. She nodded when he asked about her cigarettes. She really needed the nicotine. Silas knew her well enough to know she needed a smoke. "Bite me." She muttered when he asked how she gotten into this mess. She wiggled a little in an attempt to stretch, she was starting to feel just how stiff she was. "I'll tell you what happened if you lite that thingand get me out of this." She said. He'd probably never let her live this down, but right now all she wanted was a smoke. "And might I ask wh you waited till now to look for me. You look like you got a good nights rest while I've been out here chained to the ******** ground all night."

Silas smirked a little more as he reached back into her pocket and pulled out the lighter. "Why don't you tell me before I give you one of these?" he held her cigarettes hostage. He could see her pissed off expression as clearly as she made it. "Don't forget Sharron, I'm a sadistic b*****d. Anything you say will make me want to keep these a little further from you in your cufed state," he told her.
"I did get I good night's sleep. thanks for noticing. I was so tired last night after all the paperwork," he sighed in mock distress. Noe Silas was just playing with her. It was not often you could catch Sharron off her game. As long as she could not retaliate at the moment, why not live it up?

Sharron glared at him. "Hey look Si you sadistic a** hole, why don't you light the damn cigarette or I'll personaly make sure you don't wanna get laid for a week." She retaliated. He was positioned jurt right over her that she could have kicked him in the crotch easily, and if he moved she'd just make sure to do it once she was free. "I was caught off guard by Lehr and her new friend. So while you were doing your goddamn paper work I was out here freezing my a** off. Though I may just kick you anyway. The last thing this world needs is for you to multiply. I'd be doing the women of this world a favore." Normaly she wouldn't have been such a b***h to him but at this moment she really could care less what he thought of her.

"Come on now, you don't mean that," Silas said as he pinned her legs down so she could not prevent his after-hours schedule. "Just a simple question hun," he thought about tapping her on the nose but then thought about how well her legs were pinned. "A real answer and all the nicotine you want," he waved the cigs in front of her face with the lighter.

He had her legs pinned now and it was more uncomfortable than before. "Lehr has a new friend that controls metal with his mind." She said rolling her eyes. "I didn't want to loose them and wait for your sorry a** to get here so I followed. They got to a point where i couldnt keep hiding so I confronted. The jack a** played along as a citizen and I found myself here with no gun unable to reach my radio. Happy? Now light the damn cigarrete."

Gwen gave a quick nod to the man that approached, silenced more by the fact that she was in an alley with two agents than the fact that she was shy. When he leaned down and pinned the female agents legs, it was all Gwen could do not to stiffen. Thank goodness acting came better with a hell of a lot of practice. Letting a playful smirk play on her lips, she addressed the male agent. "Now she's told you, so kindly reign in your testosterone, give the woman a cigarette and let me focus on getting her out of the ground where those despicable things put her." Bending lower, Gwen worked with the pocket knife, twisting at what looked like a weak spot in the metal. As she worked, Gwen was careful to be gentle and even stroked the woman's wrist where it was reddened.

"I'm working on it," Silas said ask he tapped out a cigarette and hung it in Sharron's mouth. He held the flame that sprouted from the lighter and watched as the disgusting smoke curled out from it. "Enjoy your deathstick," he told her as he replaced them into her pocket.
"So you let little Lehr and a new buddy get the best of you?" he made a tsk sound a few times. "And I thought you were a good agent," he winked to her, obviously joking. "Don't make that face at me now, you know you would be very sad if you killed me," he stood up from pinning her legs with skill enough to be out of range of any swift kicks to his manhood.
