Clan Name: Heaven and Hell
Clan Description: A clan that lived off in the sand area but that has been long forgotten for being mostly killed during the three great shinobi wars. The clan is made up of the remains of those still living but their existence of one another is unknown to each other.
Clan History: After the first shinobi war drew to an end the clan's village had decreased drastically, but enough remained and formed the village again calling them selves Hell's barrier, when the second war came they had fought from the start but as consequence they lost more members than what they thought they might lose, but in an attempt they managed to save enough people to start a new village, but when they had gained enough people to make the new village called Heaven's mercy they were almost exterminated by many clans for they were feared of their power and now only 4 are left and the last person to see the four off in different directions was a very old man that had found a name for the Village to be called for the rest of time which is Heaven and Hell. It is called this for the experience the clan has had and the fact that the clan has two directions to plummet down to falling out of existence or starting a fresh and gaining a mass surge of members but only time will tell and the fate of the four that are left alive.

Kekkei Genkai Name: no name in pacific for it is always active, but each stage is named
Kekkei Genkai Effect: It is always active and the effects are based on the stage and also this blood line is aways revert back to the first stage when the person of a higher stage turns it off. Taijutsu is learned faster, and the user usually keeps to tai over any other jutsu style but if the user were to learn other jutsus then they could be very powerful. also described in more detail in each stage.
Kekkei Genkai Stages:
Stage 1: Heaven:
(Cannot stack with gate release past gate 5), Hand eye coordination rivals that of a shinobi that is 2 ranks above the user of this eye, this eye is constantly out and can never be suppressed, Has more chakra than normal stored away (it rivals a shinobi that is a rank higher than the owner of this eye), also taijutsu is their specialty so tai is learned at a very high accelerated rate ((10 posts shorter)). Can copy one taijutsu but must be one that is not of another clan and also must see it about 4 times. is able to see things more easily like someone that is a sharigan eye user that is at the second stage.
Stage 2: Mid Ground:
(Cannot stack with gate release past gate 4), increases chakra by 50% of original amount (chakra slightly seeping out, it is very thin and hard to notice by anyone unless the person has eyes that see chakra well. Owner of bloodline has the chakra level of a shinobi that is two ranks above them), Speed is increased by 25% ((speed of a shinobithat is 1 rank above them)), hand eye coordination is very superb compared to most shinobis' ((ranks that of a shinobi that is 2 ranks above the user of bloodline)). Eye sight is increased to that of comparison to the sharigan eye at the third stage. Is obtained when fighting a shinobi with a different type of bloodline that is pushing the character to their limits, or if pushed to the very limits on fighting against a higher rank shinobi.
Stage 3: Hell:
Gate 7 is released and the user gains all the benefits and down falls to the 7th gate the first time going into this state. When the user goes back to this state a second time the user only obtains the benefits of the 7th gate. On top of the 7th gate release the user also gains a chakralevel of a shinobi that is 4 ranks higher than them self, and a speed that rivals that of a shinobi that is 6 ranks above them, and a hand eye coordination of a shinobi that is 6 ranks above them and also along with that the bloodline makes the user see the world as if it were in slow motion as he or she moves through the world at such a great speed. DOn't forget to stack the 7th gate to the bonuses. And chakra is seeping out of the person at a very uncontrollable rate but it does not leave the person it makes a vessel on the out side of the person and is not able to be taken unless by a object that eats chakra. To obtain it: Must kill closest person to ones self, and fight to a very near death experience so that it calls on the last urge to do so, must be in the second stage to obtain this, and must also kill a person of a rival bloodline, along with the person of the closest friend, your friend may be of another bloodline but you must kill another shinobi of another bloodline so there is no hit two birds with one stone, unless that friend of yours nearly kills you and you deal the final blow and you are about to feint then it will release. Otherwise you must kill two people one of a bloodline and the closest person to you. After character gains for first time it will be open for five days and the person is not able to sleep at any part of it.((There is a chance your character will die after acquiring this stage))
Jutsu/Techniques:
light hell heaven: A small 5 inch chakra field is around the user and and it is a small extention of the person to fight with, offers no protection, in the standard sense of things.(the third eye level makes this deadly.) (starts off with this hand to hand combat) The fighting style is that of the user choice, for it isthe one they will use from the start, but it is different from person to person, for example the user can use it for the leaffighting style that Rock Lea and Might Gai use, but it is up to the user for they only get one choice, it is recommended not to go with a taijutsu that everyone uses for it will be to easy to beat.
Deep Heaven Hell; a fighting style that incorporates the control of chakra at high levels, but also the power of the person, it makes the person one with nature as they fight, During the fight he/she attacks the organs of a person, they make a small chakra blade, only certain eyes can see the blade because of how small it is, a user of this combined with the third eye can slice a person in half, it is an ability that is used mainly for killing people. (Takes a lot of chakra control, and also this blood line) (must be at least a chunnin to learn) ((Is a stronger form of fighting with the same taijutsu that light hell heaven is based on))
Gennin: Heaven's furry; uses the, light hell heaven, and makes the user hit very heavy, sending the opponent 15 feet back, from the attack the user cannot move behind the opponent in any way for the force used.
Heaven's Shield; repels incoming attacks, must be using light heaven and hell, extends the 5" extension to 3 feet out and acts like a bubble blocking most attacks. An attack that is higher than B will go right through the shield, the shield can take a small amount of damage but the user cannot move or else the shield fails.
Chunnin: Mid ground's fight; must be in second blood line stage or higher to use, Makes the body so tough that it is nearly indestructible, and makes the body able to take a good amount of punishment before being hurt, and also jutsus of A rank or higher will go right through the defense.
Jounin: Hells punch; must use Deep heaven hell, throws a punch at the target that is so obvious the opponent see it but then a kick comes up from down below the person hitting them in the gut that sends them up in the air about 20 feet and the user appears behind them and sends them flying back towards the earth at a high velocity, the user either kicks them or builds a lot of chakra up at the hand and hits the target square in the back, it sends the target into the ground and makes a small crater 3 to 4 feet bigger than the target it self, veryfew can dodge it, even few live from it.
Forbidden by the clan's leader, Leader that forbade it is dead:
Hell's action; must be in third stage of eye to use, and must have killed some one that was close to you in any of the stages. Makes the chakra that is seeping out be used for defense and offense, sends things flying like if they were nothing, can block most attacks unless they are a very strong, things of S+ can get past the defense, also the chakra is used to attack can kill a normal shinobi in one blow that is of rank lower than jounin. The user is able to walk around with it out but is not able to move at extreme speeds and also chakra is drained rapidly, to the point where the character is knocked out. So if ever to use, use it wisely.
Notes: All of the users are scattered about and do not know of each other existence till they see each other in person, the members of this must carry a small scroll that contains the information of how to do the jutsus and this scroll can only be read by the members of this clan for the contents of the information would make this clan feared, hunted maybe, etc. Anyone while in this bloodline tries to go past the gates that are restricted will have their chakra system destroyed for 2 weeks at minimum, and also internal organs will be damaged for 2 weeks at minimum.
