The area where your home, or business, is located cost different amounts of money. To have your building just off from the main road cost 50 gold. To have to just off a road already made, that is not the main road, costs 25 gold. To make a road to your place is going to matter on the distance, but a road must be made. The cost is 5 gold per ten feet of road. The cost for the land matters on the area. The Core area, which is the main road and a set distance, that may change from time to time, is 50 gold to buy, like stated above. The next circle is 25 gold. This also is a set area which can change without notice. The last area is 15 gold to buy. This price is only for a five by five piece of land to put your house on and a five by five piece of road and a apple tree. The apple tree gives you 1 copper per day. You can buy more things, like other trees and cows. If you'd like more area it costs you the price listed for the area, which gives you another five by five piece of land, nothing more.
If you want beds, dressers or any other house hold stuff you'll have to go to a store and buy it.
All houses are made by wood. They have as many doors and windows as you'd like, but nothing fancy.
Note : It cost an extra 5 gold per five by five square of wood for your house. The wood is about half an inch thick.
