This is where ATP soldiers ,with a clearance of at least level 3, can come. They can be escorted to any area, Via this helicopter, in order to pick up a fallen comrade, grab a subdued criminal, or just to make a cool entrance.
The helicopters are equipped with two large foam cannons which are like much larger forms of the zooka zooka. (with the same power and speed)
Each cannon can only be fired once though and they are most likely only on there in order to scatter a crowd of people in order to safely drop off or grab whoever or whatever the helicopter was used for.
There are only 3 helicopters at the ATP's disposal which means that only three can be taken at a time.
Only one character may use on helicopter but they can be used to transport up to five people in each.
A ranked officer may use one of their NPCs to pick up a helicopter but that still counts as their character taking it.
