This is the lobby of the ATP's main headquarters which is where people wait who have scheduled meeting with one of the ATP officers. The Lobby is filled with chairs and has a TV that is mounted on the wall which is only capable of displaying channels that have nothing to do with storm riding and is family friendly.

Their is also a large counter/desk with two men sitting behind it. They have computers in front of them and are the people you talk to when you want to know where a certain section is or if you want to know where a certain officer is stationed.

Many ATP Officers come here to talk when they are on duty since the lobby is a nice place to relax but they can also say that they were still doing their job. ( kind of a way to get paid for doing nothing)
