Enough said. These are the streets of Kirigakure. They run through the majority of the village. There are houses mostly on either side of the streets and such and they can take you anywhere you need to go in the village that is connected by these streets.

 From the docks Techi began walking down the streets slowly, he began feeling a bit hungry so he figured going to the ramen shop wouldn't hurt any so he began walking in that direction. There were not a lot of people walking down the streets, in fact there were not a lot of people in the village to begin with. Techi looked around, it would seem as if he were kind of, bored in his ways, but he wasn't looking for somebody to talk to, but more so, some action, a mission, even a practice match at one point. He spent the past few weeks doing nothing but training, today he felt like relaxing the first half as he did, than put his practicing to the test the second, he figured he'd find someone to practice with after he was done with his meal.

Techi walked into the ramen shop paying no attention to anybody who was inside, he just walked to his seat and sat there as the man at the counter walked towards him and spoke.
"How can I help you today sir?"The man was drying a glass with a rag as he walked to the counter, Techi looked at him and spoke, "Chicken ramen please" Techi's voice was calm, a little deep, but quiet. Of course you could tell that he didn't speak much, his voice, his choice of words, and how he went about saying them said so. "Coming right up"While waiting for his order, Techi put his right elbow on the counter and his left fist on his thigh. While his right hand was in the air, he placed his thumb over his index finger and pulled off his nail as another one grew back in its place. He dozed off, looking at the back wall while the nail was being maneuvered around in his right hand and before he knew it, he was cut off by the gentlemen coming back with his food. "Here you are, enjoy. Is there anything else I can get for you?"The man placed the bowl in front of Techi, than Techi looked at him. He stopped juggling the finger nail and grabbed it within his fist, he placed it beside his bowl as the man watched. Techi than shook his head slowly, "Thanks, but no thanks." Techi looked at his bowl, took a deep breath, picked up his chop sticks, and began to eat his ramen.

The day was only beginning for Techi as he still wanted a fight, and a good one to. Looking down into his empty bowl of ramen he began thinking, he closed his eye's and thought of his father that he did not know. For a shinobi who did not care for much of anything, he cared for him and of course, his mother.
"Is there anything else I can do for you"His train of thought was than cut off by the man, it didn't bother him, Techi knew he was just doing his job and he respected that. Techi than reached into his lower pants pocket and pulled out a black pouch with a gold string that keeps it closed. Techi opened it, he always knew how much money he has, he was one who did not like to know, he reached into the pouch and put the money on the table, plus a small tip. "No, but thank you." He stood up and looked at the man... "Have a nice day"The man picked up the bowl as I turned around and put my hand in the air in reply. He carried the bowl to the back where he would wash it and thought to himself, "Man that guy was weird..."He turned around and watched me make a turn around the corner before he finished thinking. "Not weird, but he has a quiet and dark aura around him I should say. He seems a bit... Dangerous."He than finished washing the cup and than turned to the next costumer that walked in past me. "Hi, how can I hel..."The voice faded into the background as Techi continued walking... He knew there was some big test he had going on today, so he figured he would save up his chakra until than, but he still wanted that fight.

Ryuu wondered through the streets, with nothing but time on his hands. Since he wasnt assigned to any Genin, he figured it'd be better if he trained, and took on some missons by the kage. But, he has been worried about his father, Minato, lately. Maybe he should visit him instead.
Ryuu then spotted resturant that cooked harty meat. Maybe I should get something to eat first. he entered, and order a wide variety.

Ryuu couldnt understand the number of beast the popped up everywhere. He always thought of using his internal space sealing on most of the Bijuus. Most of the dangerous ones would be sealed away in the infinate scroll, while the others who were weak and could be controled would be allowed to live freely and taken care of by normal sealing. Of course, it sounds pointless to even try. What with all the seven swordsmen and thier brute efforts, they find Ryuu's antics pathetic and wouldnt even consider trying them. Well, one day.
Ryuu pays for his food then heads to the destroyed Mizukage's office.
