Ingreadients: cabbage onion chicken noodles tomato paste capcicum
Method: cook the noodels in hot waterf for about 5 minutes. cut the cabbage into strips and and the chicken into small chunks. wash the cabbage and chop that up and throw it in t a frying pan. put chopped onion in too. fry it till the the chicken is half done. put the noodles into the pan. keep mooving the vegies so it dosent burn. fry till the chicken is crispy brown. serve in a bowl and eat with chopsticks.

You might want to say "peppers" instead of "capsicum". The only reason that I made the connection was because of the active ingredient in peppers: capsaisin.
