My friend says that she see's and hears demons, I have no clue what to do, Any suggestions? I'm already praying for her.

I don't have any experiance with demons, but one obvious thing to do is tell her that God loves her, and that both you and God would be watching over her and are ready to help her.
But I'll pray too whee

Remember that the enemy's weakness is prayer. If she's fearful of them they will prey on her and they will make sure that she stays afraid of them. She can't ignore them either or they will gain a foothold, the only way for them to leave her alone permanently is for her and other Christians to go to war with them, and to use scripture and prayer as a basis.
The Bible is called the sword of the spirit for a reason, best used when facing the enemy not when running away
