This is where all the criminals are paced to rot. One can visit the prison if they wish to fight a random cursed seal user or free them. Usually, normal shinobi who are sent to jail get killed within days due to the number of convicts with cursed marks sharing cells.

A guard came in with two bodies dragging behind him. Xzaro was asleep, so it was easy to carry him, but the other was not affected by the sleeping gas and so it took a large number of Anbu, but they eventually were able to hold down the man long enough to tie him up. Both of the prisoners had rope tying their legs together, their arms together behind their back, and covering their mouths as well. When they were tied up, the Anbu followed standard procedures and stripped the men. Their clothes, kunais, shurikens, weapons, accesories, all gone and confiscated in a small room in the Otokage's base. Even clothes was known to have had special abilities in them, so the Sound shinobi took no chances, especially since these prisoners were S-ranked and already known to be capable of killing. They were dressed up in a cheap brown robe, to at least cover them while all their belongings were gone.
As the guard walked down the hallways, the prisoners yelled and cheered. A new prisoner meant new food. Ofcourse, for the crimes these prisoners commited, they would have a cell together with special functions. For one thing, the cells they were in had a seal on it which prevented the manipulation of chakra. The shinobi would not be able to make any ninjutsu or genjutsu or else the seal would take effect and their chakras would be drained, and all jutsu in the cell would be negated even if it wasn't made inside of the cell. The walls and bars also had a chakra absorbing seal in case a shinobi had enough taijutsu to be able to break through walls or the bars. If the walls or bars were struck with enough force, another seal would activate and the room would begin to drain chakra until the prisoner had none left. Only those with cursed marks had a slight immunity to these seals. These cells were amongst the highest in security.
The guard had no trouble throwing Junan and Xzaro in. Xzaro would find himself awake now if the loud noises coming from the other prisoners had not awoken him. "Alright here's how it goes. You are sentenced to life in prison until Danzo shows up and decides if it should be changed to a death sentence. Don't even try to escape, shinobi have died just trying to. You will only eat food once a week and there is a chance that the food may eat you instead heh.." The guard was referring to the fact that he was bringing in a dozen or so cursed seal users into the same jail cell. If they were killed, their corpses was the food and if the cursed seal users killed the prisoners then they would have their food. They were experiments so they were able to ignore the seals placed in that cell and could transform and attack with no limitations. The guard simply laughed as he turned away and let the bloodshed commence.

My only goal is in that darkness. He opened his eyes when his head hit the floor. Xzaro was sound asleep the whole duration between the sleeping gas being breathed in and now. He noticed that his arms, legs, and even his mouth had rope. He also noticed the clothes he was wearing and without even checking he knew that all his belongings were probably confiscated. But as the guard left and the cursed seal user's came in, Xzaro sat still. He had a pretty good idea of what kind of cell this was and there was little he could do other than taijutsu, but being in this situation Xzaro chose to let Junan make the first move. He just turned his head in Junan's direction looked at him as if telling him to do something about the ropes. Then when the cursed seal users were too close for comfort, Xzaro leaned against the wall and pushed his body up. He bent his knees and threw himself, simply headbutting a number of cursed ninja who were aligned. Xzaro then rolled quickly out of the way towards the wall again and continued with the same technique, to make distance between himself and the enemy.

Junan quirked his eyebrow when the ANBU jumped him, acting as if he were fighting them off or something. Why resist? The more chances to kill he got the better life would be. Thus, as they were on top of him, he couldn't help but respond with a laugh. "You gonna cavity search me, too?" Of course, they didn't respond. Taking his clothes off ended up being futile considering he wasn't wearing any, not in his Shadow Manifestation form. Hell, he couldn't draw his Ulgo Daggers right then if he wanted. When they shoved him into the prison cell, bound hand, foot, and mouth, he cackled insanely, sending shivers down their spines. The fools had put him in a room in which he couldn't use his chakra. Damn. Well, then again, he didn't need to now. He was still in his manifestation still. To take on the form and exit it took chakra, but now he was purely a shadow form. So, he waited.
Hearing the words from their foolish ANBU captor, Junan just grinned out him, making sure to keep his teeth hidden. Solid white eyes turned to regard Xzaro, though, when his enemies came into the room. Oh, goody. Brothers. Cackling as Xzaro went for safety, Junan couldn't help himself. The thirst took over, the hunger that was a part of who and what he was. Growling, Junan stood, his arms and legs contracting until the robes just slid off. And then he opened his mouth, the teeth razor sharp, and bit through the gag. Fools. They hadn't forced him back into his normal form, which, admittedly, would have been almost impossible unless they knew a sealing jutsu powerful enough to seal away a soul.
That was when they attacked, those brothers of his. And just like that, one fell. Junan leaped at the first one, snarling in hunger, and as the first tried to initiate his curse mark he stopped and gurgled. Junan, incredibly fast in this form, had grabbed ahold of each of the man's shoulder and had opened his mouth impossibly wide, wide enough so that when he brought his mouth down he sunk his fangs into the human's neck. The others stayed back, gazing in horror, as an audible crunch echoed within the small cell. With a terrible wrench, Junan ripped the guy's entire head off, and inserted it into his mouth. Dropping the body with a thud, Junan crunched down on the head within his mouth, blood, gore, and brains spewing out from between his teeth and he devoured it. With a loud gulp, he was done, and he wiped the blood from his shadow lips. Grinning, he suddenly cackled. "Who's NEXT?!" The voice was now high pitched as hell, almost inhuman.
At that same time, he held out his hand, and fingers stretched forth to sever through the cords that bound Xzaro's hands and feet, all without looking at him. So far, no chakra had been used, and thus he knew he was safe. For now. At least until he tried to escape. He was STILL unsure how he was going to do THAT!

There was one cursed seal user that was hiding in the back of the crowd that was trying to attack the prisoners. His name was Kiba. Kiba had always been afraid of his cursed mark since the day he got it. It was rumored he had the strongest cursed mark in the Sound Village, being a new experiment of the Sound Lab. However, this cursed mark brought nightmares and horrible images to the wearer which caused Kiba to never use it. The only reason the other cellmates allowed him to live is because they witnessed Kiba's power once when he couldn't hold it any longer and that day a number of Anbu, prisoners, and even the guard were completely gutted and ripped to ribbons. Since that day the prisoners who remained allowed Kiba to live and feed with them as long as he didn't attack, which he never tried to anyways.
Kiba was curled up in a ball, away of the corpses of his cellmates and shivering. He immediately began to tear their flesh and eat for his hunger was something that overcame him. As the others who survived fleed, Kiba didn't notice and stayed in area of danger until he was full. When he noticed that his friends had left and locked the gate, Kiba began to tremble and crawled to hide in the corner away from Junan and Xzaro. "P-please...don't kill me...I..I can help...." He realized that the man who kileld his friends had a cursed mark as well under his chin. Perhaps that was the reason he was able to transform himself and eat the heads of the others. Kiba was now crying and in that corner of the room he began to rip at his clothes fearing the worst to come.

My only goal is in that darkness. Xzaro got up and as he did, the rope on his mouth, feet, and hands fell. He kept quiet as he watched the curse marked prisoners flee while one stayed, eating the remains of one of those whom Junan had killed. When the man noticed Xzaro's stare, he proceeded to hide in the corner and cry. How odd..."How can a man that cries help a pair of convicts, both capable of killing? If you knew a way out of here I bet you would have left instead of staying here with us."

Kiba halted his tears and turned to a large stone to the side of him. As he pressed this stone, the wall itself began to collapse leaving a dust cloud as the stone settled. When the view was clear, it was obvious there was hole, large enough to bend and squat through. It was too dark to see anything but it was obvious it was a tunnel. The man coughed at the dust particles and suddenly his personality changed from shy and timid to a serious and concerned tone. "This is the only way out of the cell. Hurry, for as soon as the stone is pressed, the rocks begin to reform themselves to hide the fact that you escaped through here. However, there is a horrible monster at the end of the tunnel. If you defeat it, you can escape though. I am helping you because you seem powerful enough to defeat it, and maybe if you do defeat it I will be able to escape too..."

From around the corner Shimimaru would enter from behind. Every once in a while he would come to pull a few failed curse seal prisoners from their cells in order to be used for experiments back at the first Otokage's Mansion. The only thing that would be heard from around the corner were a few small giggles that etched themselves from around one of the corridors that lead to the prison cells. It was no one other than Shimimaru. The man held a grin on his face that meant he was up to no good as usual. Always coming to drag out a prisoner or two away from the cells. Unlike most Shinobi in Otogakure Shimimaru's forte didn't lie in pure fighting. He had used his brilliant mind for the darker arts of science. If it held no results that he could use then fighting was a waste of time for him. He had been the top scientist of Otogakure and he had specifically moved underneath the orders of Shish, a both council-nin and former First Otokage.
"Oh dear. It seems we've got some new guests." He said entering the main area where Xzaro's and Junan's cells were located. "I see you've gotten yourself in pickle my former council-nin. If it isn't a mere genin giving you a run for your money it's something else."
He giggled madly, though this man was far off from mad. He was a little odd, however he had been very consciously aware of what he was saying. He remembered very well when the genin who attacked two jounin gave Junan a run for his money and still lived. Now Junan had been trapped in the prison cells along with Xzaro the other council-nin. This was something he needed to report to Lord Shishi since he would very munch like to know why two fellow council-nin were on locked behind bars. That is if the Sharingan Snake wasn't already aware of why being that he had ways of obtaining information from sources outside of the sound.
"Well the least you could do is have something to eat." The man said taking what looked like a long torn piece of flesh of the forearm from from small sack from the side of his waist. Who knows why he had been traveling here with such contents on him but it was something. With one toss he rolled the flesh in between bars where either of them could take or share it. The reaction of average people in bars would be obvious however the blood in the flesh was protein and it would keep them going for a little while longer.
"Let's see now." He pulled out what looked like a small torn piece of document and began writing on it. Kneeling down, a small rat would grab the piece of document and scurry off into the darkness along with a scourge of other rats, eventually losing itself into the crowd. The document was of small importance but would play a small role in what was to come next.

My only goal is in that darkness. Xzaro was doubtful as to whether or not he could trust this man. A few seconds ago he was tearing at his clothes and now he changed into a serious tone and he was explaining how to escape. And a monster was waiting for Xzaro at the end of that tunnel? More likely was a trap. Xzaro stayed away from the man and when he noticed another come up to the cell bars Xzaro thought of something. More than likely this Council member was not informed of what had happend. However, Xzaro was not knowledgable when it came to details about this man and so when he released the rat, Xzaro made sure to keep his distance. The arm was something the cursed mark shinobi could eat, Xzaro was not in the mood for raw arm."Shimimaru, could you perhaps unlock this cell for us? I was sleeping and when I woke up I was suddenly in this prison cell and as you can see, it would be dangerous to stay here any longer with these cursed seal maniacs."

The prison was a dark place with alot of cells and alot of prisoners. Yet these prisoners are far different from the normal ones. These prisoners where curse marked victims that didn't really master there curse marks like they where suppose to do. Yet this was just there prison and this was also the prison that held both Junan and Xzaro two council nin that didn't actully fit in the jail they were in. It seem that they had to fight for there lives in here. Well who wouldn't fight for there lives in here when the people here are trying to find a way to get out of here alive. There was a genin who was just so brave as to come into this place to see the prisoners and even fight them if they came at him the wrong way. This genin wasn't really your normal genin he was more of madman who only wanted to fight and kill people who got in his way.
"So that pathetic man is in here somewhere. I wonder what his stupid a** is doing in here."
The boy continued to walk until he saw Shimimaru. This boy wasnt worried or afraid of Shimimaru since he basically worked under Shimimaru at times. The boy looked at the jail cell infront of Shimimaru and smiled as he walked up next to Shimimaru and said to him.
"So is this where that b***h a** council-nin is being held. Shimimaru why doesn't Shishi just kill them and get it over with. I think it would be better that way. Then again Shimimaru can I attack him just to see if he will twitch."
The boy was truly a genin. Yet he seemed to hate the man in there so bad that he would come to a dangerous prison to attack the man and piss him off. The genin only looked at the cell since the man who was being held in the cell was also the same man who tried to kill him last year when he attacked two Jounin because he wanted to spill blood for a little bit. Yet if anything the Genin wondered why the council would allow such a pitiful person join there ranks when he couldn't even stop a genin from escaping and coming back to the village because he wanted to spill blood.

Shimimaru gave a silent giggle. This situation had been all too funny. This little genin period had been funny. But the funniest part about it was that this genin was indeed the genin that gave Junan a run for his money back then. Shimimaru could remember it as if it were yesterday. The day the news arrived on how Carsaik a mere genin had served as the ultimate obstacle that blocked Junan from reaching Makashi. To think that Carsaik when he was a genin had actually shaken fear into Junan was something to smile about. Perhaps this was why Shishi had grown fond of Carsaik and recruited him as one of his right hand shinobi for when a fight came. Makashi on the other hand was still a genin but growing in power each day that came. He could remember when Carsaik took the boy in after Makashi attacked two jounin guards in the sound village.
"Makashi you are still as bold as ever my boy."
He giggled. Glancing back at Xzaro who seemed to be not want the piece of arm he listened. From Shimimaru's perspective it looked as if the Otokage had betrayed both Xzaro and Junan. Knowing Shishi when he would hear about this he wouldn't be too pleased even though he cared not for anyone in the village but himself. But being the first Otokage, he had established many principles here upon rebuilding Otogakure after the great catastrophe that destroyed all of the hidden villages in the world. Then again Xzaro could have at least given Shimimaru a more valid excuse than the one he gave him. Sleeping and then waking up in a cell wasn't a common thing that happened in Otogakure unless Shishi had experimental usage for you. Things looked suspicious and when Shishi would see this it was possible that he would think Danzo might try some attempt at locking him away as well.
"Is this Danzo's way of stealing Otogakure for himself?" Shimimaru asked curiously. Though he had no intentions of jumping into this fray if it were true. The simple fact remained that Xzaro and Junan were still council members of the Sound. The fact still remained that Xzaro and Junan could have planned some assassination attempt on the Otokage or committed treason by giving away Otogakure secrets. It could have been anything. Shimimaru wouldn't be able to get to the bottom of things unless Danzo himself or anyone involved gave him the information that lead to Junan and Xzaro's predicament.

Kiba watched as more people came to observe him. Kiba was a little clausterphobic and so with all these people surrounding him he began to pant. He tore at his clothes again as the tunnel for escape began to close. These two men in the cell seemed very powerful and they were the only chance Kiba had of escaping. He was tired of being treated like a test subject and he wanted freedom. As he watched the man, supposably named Shimimaru converse with the one called Xzaro, he feared Xzaro didn't believe him that escape was possible through that tunnel. "I AM TIRED OF THIS!! NO MORE INTERRUPTIONS! KIBA WANTS TO LEAVE NOW!"
He suddenly let out a low growl. His cursed mark was acting up because of the stress he was under and reddish marking began to cover his form. These glowing marks began to fuse, and changed Kiba's look altogether. His skin became a gray color and he grew in size as a pair of extra arms and legs grew out of his back. This was the second state of the cursed mark. The transformation happend quickly and before Shimimaru could respond to Xzaro's question, Kiba's extra arms grabbed ahold of Xzaro and Junan. Kiba charged into the tunnel and with his other arms he spun them like a drill. Forcing his way through the small tunnel, a layer of chakra formed in his drill which deflected the rats and large rocks in the way. "THROUGH THIS TUNNEL WE CAN ESCAPE!" Kiba drilled so quickly that he forgot Xzaro and Lanfaer were even in his grip. If for some reason they had managed to avoid Kiba's grab, he wouldn't turn back for them because he was going too quick through the tunnel to be able to turn back.

The genin's name was said and now it was funny to see the same genin who had got away from Junan the council-nin with the help of Carsaik, was back in the village and seemed to be stronger than what he was 2 years ago. This kid wasn't the same kid Junan wanted to kill before. Makashi was his name and Makashi was actually ready to fight and kill anyone that Shimimaru or Shishi wanted him to kill. Makashi looked up at Shimimaru and then turned his head back to the cell where both Xzaro and Junan were being held. As Makashi looked at both of them in the cell he also seen another boy who was talking to the two of them. Makashi eyed the boy then turned his head to Junan and Xzaro. After he did that he spoke to Shimimaru and said.
"I wonder what they did for the Otokage to put them in here. I swear first you couldn't catch me and next you get put into jail. I hate to say it Shimimaru but, I really don't like him."
When Makashi said him, he pointed to Junan the man who tried to kill him before. Yet Junan didnt know what Makashi was made of. Junan didn't know what he had gotten himself into when he decided to do whatever he did to the Otokage. Makashi then lowered his hand and smiled as he placed both of his hands together. As he put his hands together he did a number of handsigns. When Makashi was finished he smiled and said.
"Shadow Release: Shadow Fox Beam."
As Makashi said that his shadow started to move on the ground behind him. Next thing they knew his shadow turned into 10 foxes of smallers size than an adult fox. Each fox surrounded Makashi as they watched Kiba move away and try to take Junana and Xzaro with them. As this happened Makashi crossed his arms and closed his eyes. When Makashi closed his eyes the 10 foxes darted out after Kiba, Junan, and Xzaro. If three of the foxes attacked one person it would cause great harm to the person. It all varied on which body part was attacked by the foxes. The only things is would they be able to stop these 10 foxes from attacking them. Junan and Xzaro became completely useless when it came to this because the element in use was pure Kageton.-exit-
