We are a neutral city, a city of fellows who are neutral in our aspects and morals. But what does that mean? We are a people who choose to do as well please, not doing something by morals or religion but by what is best for everyone. We aren't a city of good, nor evil, but of choice and greed.
We do as we sit, helping others or ourselves for our own wants and needs.
Our morals are good at times, but what we live for is not what people would expect. Without suffering, without pain, we have no meaning. Without innocence or guilty parties, we are not human. We are neutral, but we aren't a mixture of the morality of good and evil. We are a clan of those filled with greed, those who are loyal but follow their own path.
I, myself, may be a leader over you all and guide you in your journey through this desert metaphorical hell, but you choose to follow my orders and you choose how to do them and accept them.
