l l Tori Kemuri l l --x l l  xxx◖ There were, only a few things, truly important and necessary
and the rest were mainly decorations.... ◗※ x x x x Long, dark strands of raven-black hair sprawled across the soft pillow of Tori's bed, like a rare flora that lived in the snow. A pale face was silent with sleep, one eye with spiraling red-brown scars over it. It was sown shut with skin-colored medical thread, the damage too severe to do anything but shut her eye forever. The other was a shining, shimmering black, and it opened slowly, the frame of black lashes enhancing the picture within. The genin was waking up for the first time as a real, true genin, and as she lay in bed an excited smile spread on her face. She, Tori Kemuri, was not a failure.
This simple knowledge was enough to prompt her out of bed, which she did. She ran a brush through her shoulder length hair, getting dressed quickly. She was going to her teammate's home for the first time, and wanted to impress. She swept her hair back, and even applied lipgloss. She pulled on a waist length, lowcut, white sweater, a silver-gray waist belt, black shorts, and her ninja sandals. This was the perfect outfit, for the perfect day.
As the perfectionist left her home, she locked the door with her antique key, putting a hand self-conciously to her eyepatch. She frowned, leaning against the wood of the door for a moment.
"It'll be alright..." She mumbled to herself, taking a step off her porch.
