The harvest hall is a quaint building composed of dried reeds its top floor has several wooden chairs arranged in a ring with a slightly larger chair at its head. The floor is covered in dried grains. Every year the top floor is divided up by the village and burned then rebuilt from the new harvest as to honor the elders of the village for their service and loyalty, they are reaping the harvest of their labors, it is a village holiday. The larger chair is for the residing Kusakage. Below the building is the true meeting chamber, sound proof and isolated with a complex seal system it is keyed to the elders chakras and is nearly impenetrable. There is an justu on the entire room that seals the conversation to confidentiality on the parts of the elders and those whom they invite into the council chamber that prevents the discussion from leaving the room in any form of communication on pain of death.
