I just want to know how people feel about this. It's comepletely ok with me mrgreen . I even have a fancharacter who's irken/human eek .

I think it's a cool idea, and it would look extremely cool, but how would such a being survive? Humans are largely water-based, which if you think about it could get quite interesting if mixed with Irken genes confused razz

The IZ box-set has a bonus disc with audio from unfinished eps. One of them involves Dib stealing Zim's backpack and somehow becoming attached to it himself. I think that's the closest to the irken/human combo we could get, because Irken bodies are just shells. Their brains are in the backpacks.

Well if there was an irken/human then thanks to thier human side they would most likely be able to take in water and such. Of coarse they would inherit (did i spell that right?) Irken traits too.

Plus I don't see Irkens as shells. I think that they originally functoin on thier own but so that nobody would have to care for Irken babies and such they would add a pack that would already teach them all they would need to know. Just think, even though the pack carried Zim's personality (when dib had it on) Zim still was Zim he was just... xp dieing and stuff.
Anyway, that's besides the point. sweatdrop

If you're talking about one of the backpacks or an experiment afftecting a human or irken and making them half each, that might be neat, but if it's relationships between irkens and humans like things you find on fanfiction.net, then I only have this emoticon to express my feelings: rolleyes Just doesn't work for me.

I think that Irkens used to be different, but eventually came to depend more on paks and control brains as they tried to become a superior race. I take a lot of liberties when I write about that sort of thing. So before Irkens had paks, they were probably a pretty weak race, but more normal. Anyway, an Irken/human could be possible... There's one in an RP I'm in, now that I think of it. 3nodding I really ramble a lot! sweatdrop

Yeah, crossbreeding PEOPLE with non-people is just not right, but Irkens are kinda human.
