Are there any suggestions you can give me on playing piccolo? I'm trying to audition for a part in the pit for our school play, and I actually have a chance to get in...but in doing so I need to be able to play the picc...please help.

Have you ever played one before? If so you just need experience....if you haven't you'll just need to try your best and offer to work with the conductor. I'm sure you'll have enough time to learn the parts (since there probably aren't that many).
