Well we( K, S and me) were on our way home from school when our buss stalled, and this spirit is trying to get us to help her. We have learned her name is Allisa and she is 24, she flipped her car and died. We don't know what we should do have any ideas! She is using my friend S to write on some paper.

Figure out the "why" of things first. Why does the spirit need your help? Just pay attention to the writing and you should get a good idea of the motivation.
