The sun had just begun to set, the sky and cloud stained in colors ranging from purple, blue, red, orange, pink, and yellow. The white and black noodle lay the lower branches of a tree, no more than seven feet above the ground, a foreleg dangling beneath her while the other was tucked under her head as she rested. The tree was leafless due to the harsh winter that had yet to pass, though it was not dead yet. The noodle opened her blood red eyes, scanning the area around and beneath her. Nothing was in view at the moment, though when she sniffed, she could smell a few other noodles lurking about. She couldn't care less, after all, none were bothering her, so she did not have a reason to care.
With a sigh, Rai stretched her legs, yawning silently. She straightened herself out before hopping down from the tree, landing neatly on all four paws. She adjusted her black wings so they rested more comfortably by her sides. She shook her head, her black layered hair flying about, the bangs hanging randomly about her face. She had a feeling that it would be a rather nice evening, another one she believed she would be spending alone.
