There lived two kings. Both demons. A species feared among the people. Their nature was safely hidden in the dark. Chaos would erupt if this dark secret were to be let out. Though our story is not centered around the secret. Nope, not at all. It circles more around the two powerful kings. On how they easily they fall for the wicked trap called. . .

The Kings:
 Name: Abaddon
Age: My age is not really much of an importance. Though I can tell you I lost count after three hundred years.
Biography: My past? Well, I find this a bit insulting. One's past can not be written down. No, it would take an endless amount of pages just to write the beginnings of one's life. Though, since you oh so kindly begged, I will tell you....Ah, it seems my memory is failing me in the worst ways. I've seen the world change and grow into what it is now. Though, in the direction it seems to be heading is far from my approval. Seeing this, I decided to involve myself in those meaningless human affairs for the casting of a king. To tell you the truth, it was quite easy to win the affection of the people. Lie here and there, and you got yourself a throne filled with complete power.
It makes you think on how easily this human race is easily influenced. They should not be so trustworthy of these strangers. One day they will learn of their foolishness, and hopefully change their ways. Humans as I've come to assume are rather stubborn to change, but I can feel it in my blood they will change. Maybe I, the king, can help them on the right way.
Now, I realize what you may be thinking. A demon helping humans?! That is not the story! Well this is reality and not some little fairy tale. I am be named the angel of destruction, but that doesn't sum up my whole personality. Now realize I didn't deny my cruel side, it comes and goes. Right now I am feeling rather generous. Also I am enjoying the great luxuries of being a king. My mind is set on being on this throne for quite a while. Of course I'll help those weak little humans, but for now please leave me be. My bath is ready and I don't want come back with you residing in my room.
Off with you, you curious little pest.
Personality: Now describing myself is a rather difficult task. I am species with many quirks and traits. I can go from serious to playful in a matter of seconds. My work ethic depends on my mood. If I am feeling rather sluggish, then no work shall be completed despite what my servant says. That man can't really push me to do anything, not unless he wants to lose his job. Though when I do feel like working my rear off, a lot of paperwork and decisions get done. It balances. Now I am named Abaddon which means The Destroyer. A named filled with power and fear. Those traits I radiated when the feeling hits me. Though most of the time, I appear to be a male with a rather careless personality. Now in front of my people I am king with intelligence and good tactics. The kingdom has done rather well over the few years I have reigned, which is good sign. The longer this process the more the people will want me.
Appearance: Take a look Name: Hijiri Muraito
Age: Over two hundred, that’s all I will say.
Biography: Well, my life…put simply it was a set of expectations, and duties, that usually dictated my every action. Yes, I did occasionally wander off that paved path, but I learned as long as I was discreet, and did what I was told then I wasn’t bothered. I can’t begin to count the many times my father told me that I had to remember I was his heir, I needed to recall my responsibilities, and set good examples, as if I really cared. Well, I didn’t so much at first, but things change when you take the seat of power.
That’s right, I took the place of my father who was the ruler before me. I didn’t have to take over the land, or start any wars…not saying that I never started a few good fights in my lifetime. Heh… Oh, right what was I saying, I was just recalling a few past battles. All of which I have won, not to gloat or anything…alright, you got me I love to gloat. But that’s besides the point right now, what you should focus on is the rest of what I have to say, and you should feel lucky I’m still talking to you now.
Ah, yes, so I took the seat of power. Why? Well, my father passed away due to disconcerting circumstances. I blame it on my aunt, she’s a witch you know, not quite literally… I mean, maybe I really don’t know that much about her, but she is my aunt. Anyways, as nice looking, alright she’s beautiful but that’s not the point, as pleasant looking as she looked there was no way I was going to fall for her tricks. Really, I’m her nephew and she tried to… Do stuff with me in bed, I mean I… You know what, now I’m talking a bit too much, I lost focus. I think that’s all I’m going to say for now, just know I have yet to come across a problem I can’t handle, other then that my past is of no concern to you.
Personality: My behavior, I really don’t feel like explaining myself to you, or anyone for that matter. However, sense you’ve gone so far as to inquire about it, I should at least tell you something, right? What’s there to say? I’ve been told that I have an attitude, and am hard to deal with, especially when I don’t get my way. Its not that I’m stubborn…alright, I don’t admit it but I’ve been told I’m stubborn, and an a**, along with a few other choice words I merely chuckle at. What side of me you see depends on what side of mines you get one. My good side can mean you would avoid being an eye sore to me, or to a certain degree. Those who come to be in my favor are treated well, but don’t expect to magically get into that category, there are less then a handful that are genuinely in that area. The others are sort of strung along.
I do not feel the need to hide it, I do use people and throw them away as if they were nothing, and they are at that in comparison to my mighty prowess. If there’s anything I am not is a backstabber, those I loathe and have no mercy for. Well, I suppose I might be a bit of a hypocrite, I do what I have to in order to succeed, that doesn’t mean I forgive anyone for backstabbing me, that is something I can definitely not forgive. I’ll have no problem showing my more cruel side in such a situation, and trust me when I say it is a side you want to avoid. Something you might witness if you get on my bad side, which goes without saying. Now I’ve said far more then I intended to, this conversation ends here.

Light brought from the sun fought its way inside a dark lavish room. The peaceful ray of light chose to shine on the figure under the royal covers. While the light happily shined, the creature under the covers verbalized his dislike for the light in words that would have man faint from the vulgarity. A head popped out from under the dark covers in order look around the room. Unfocused golden eyes narrowed as the lack in servants became very noticeable. Where are those damn servants thought the grumpy creature. His annoyance was already passed the norm. His curtains were not enough to stop the light from entered his dark room. A few minutes of grumbles the person under the blankets shifted themselves into a sitting position, the expensive cloth pooling down at the figure's waits.
A bare torso was exposed, and it was one to fawn over. Most of the maids did when they got the rare chance of seeing their master in such an indecent state. The moment the male's arm started to reach over to ring a bell, his door quietly opened. "Forgive me master Abaddon for not being in your presence when you awoke," the servant instantly said, bowing. His forehead touched the cold floor as a sign of submission to his ruler. The ruler scoffed and just waved for the pathetic human to rise. "Just do your job," he said with a tone of indifference. Taking this command as a sign of forgiveness the servant instantly began to his job. He had to bathe the king and then dress in his most fine clothing.
To do all these tedious tasks took around an hour or so. Though who cared right? The king must always look good, there was never a good excuse not to. He must keep up his reputation as the most powerful and wealthiest man of his country. So taking a lot time to prepare for the day was acceptable for the king, but for others it was not. Just the king. The servant brushed his master's unusually hair. It always rose in an odd position when it dried. "Leave it be," Abaddon said, already knowing what his servant was thinking. The young male nodded and continued to brush away his precious ruler's hair. The demon looked at his young head servant. "You are awfully quiet," he commented, the demon was tired of the silence that had surrounded the two all morning. "Forgive me sir, I feel that I should not talk to you, this is my payment for not being here for when you awoke." Golden orbs looked at the male with annoyance, "Erase the mistake from your memory. You have been forgiven, now talk. I give you my permission. Remember do not dwell on the past too long, if you do you will never reach the future."
With those words spoken the younger of the two began to talk. His rants holding nothing important, but it comforted the demon. It took away the lonely silence that surrounded his room. Abaddon knew it would return, but for the time being he would enjoy himself. [[I'll make it prettier later. :3 ]]

It was a gentle caress across the chest that woke the sleeping male up, or partially woke him up, he seemed to refuse to move merely grumbling something. What he did instead of getting up was pull the blankets he had over him further upon his chest, at some point the covers seemed to have fallen to his midriff. Unfortunately the covers seemed ready to move again, or so the sudden cool air he felt with the absence of the sheet had him grasping for air. That was what finally made him open his eyes, to glare up at someone, who just happened to open the curtains to his room causing a bright light to hit him and make him shade his eyes.
"Close those curtains," he ordered, hearing that someone mumble something themselves before closing them. Now he got a good view of who he was dealing with, and he knew exactly who it was. "Elizabeth," he spoke a females name, the someone who was bothering him.
"Good morning Hijiri," It was the same female that spoke, in an awfully bright and cheery manner, maybe bright enough to match the sunlight. Far too bright for anyone in their right mind, but he had a dose of her at least once a day.
"Did you come just to wake me up?" he sounded annoyed, he was annoyed, he wanted to sleep some more, just a bit more.
"Well, I did, and you are up, but you're still laying in bed, with..." she trailed off, motioning toward him with her free hand, one had the sheet she took off of Hijiri in it. "..nothing on." She finished her sentence, suddenly tossing the sheet on him, on his groin area to be exact. "Do not cover back up with that," she warned, and she meant it, though she looked like a mere human, she wasn't without some power.
Which wasn't just the ability to use her womanly charms, as the woman was a sight to behold. From the decently large ample bosoms she had, to the hourglass figure one didn't mind tracing, then she had that kind of long silky black hair anyone attracted to her would want to run their hand through, and he was no exception.
"I'm getting up, but it might take awhile," he was at least moving to sit up now, looking slightly disgruntled, just like he felt now.
"I'm not about to let you be lazy, you have many things to do today and not a minute to waste." The young woman had a challenging look in her sea blue eyes as she came to the foot of her bed and folded her arms in a way that had his eyes wandering towards her chest area she happened to waist without seeming to notice.
"I can and will cast something on you if you don't move now." She could and was really willing to do it, a prime example of one of the reasons she could come into his room and seemingly boss him around, that and she was someone that offered some decent advice, she did have a high position in his home, which explained the fancy outfit she had on, although the primary colors were black and blue.
Hijiri grimaced, recalling some past events as he seemed to cast his eyes to the side while he moved his legs in the same direction. It took but a few second to get on his feet, making the sheet he had over him pool around his feet. "Feel free to stand there, but I do need to get ready." No, he wasn't chasing her out, she was free to leave or stay, he was just saying he wouldn't be starting a conversation with her.
"Why would I go, we have far too much to discuss," she went on, seeming to purposely avert her eyes, only after a quick look over the man she spoke with, then she was turning and moving towards a dresser he had in his room. "You will need to wear something very becoming of you," she was filtering through the clothes he had, seeming to decide what he would wear today.
"Since when do I wear unbecoming things?" he questioned with a frown, heading to bathe himself. Honestly he really did feel he had a long day ahead of him, something he could tell as he heard the woman in his bedroom go on to talk practically non-stop. Maybe he needed to draw a line with her, she was rather annoying, but it was nothing new, it was best to just continue and head out to do what was expected of him, what he knew he had to do. The thought had him sighing faintly, but it didn't stop him from getting ready for the long day ahead.

"All done Master," the boy replied with a satisfied tone. His eyes showed that he was pleased with the work he had accomplished. The playful demon walked over to the mirror to examine his slave's work. A couple pleasant grunts escaped his throat. "Mm, it is alright," he mentioned flippantly. His golden orbs held a certain playfulness the boy servant only got to see. "Master are those your true thoughts," he asked walking over to him, his steps meek and un-confident. His worried eyes looked up to his master's face and noticed the amusement playing in those memorizing golden orbs. Breaking the heated gaze the servant flushed and walked away to put away the materials in his hand. "You did a fine job boy, do not worry about my careless words," he answered to him. The demon turned his back to the mirror and nonchalantly walked over to his bed. "Do not forget to make my bed," he instructed in a commanding yet polite tone. The servant nodded obediently and scampered off to do the task just asked of him. Abbadon moved aside to give the male room, at first he just watched him move around the large bed, but that became dull. The king moved across the grand room elegantly, stopping at the entrance of his chamber. "Do not forget to lock my room when you are done," he informed before leaving his chambers.
The dinning room was filled with hurried footsteps, clinking of silverware, and the scraping of chairs. He raised an eyebrow, usually the servants were done preparing the table by the time he arrived. Today seemed to be a bit different. Was everyone waking up late today? He pushed open the door and made his grand entrance. Everyone froze for a moment, only for a moment. After seeing thier master the maids began to work faster. The dark-haired male watched their faces with curiosity. Usually they were easy to read, yet today the faces shown before him were blank. They were trying to keep blank expression on their faces. He wanted to chuckle when an idea popped into his head. They must be afraid of his reaction. Abaddon shrugged his shoulders and just took his seat at the head of the table. He would not scold them today, he was in a fair mood. With quick bows the servants excused themselves and disappeared behind the kitchen door. His eyes glanced down at the empty plate and wondered when maids would figure out their mistake. An amused smirk twitched on his lips as the door flew open. A young man came out apologizing instantly, he set down the food before bowing. "Leave me, I wish to enjoy my meal," he said with a wave of his hand.
After the servant left the king took a sip of his tea. Ah, just how he liked it. The king began to eat, enjoying the food prepared especially for him. As the king enjoyed his breakfast there was some letters beside him, letters that just come in the mail. Curious he grabbed the one that stuck out the most to him. It was an invitation. Growing more curious he sliced the envelope open with his nail and pulled out the regal paper. His golden eyes quickly read the contents of the invitation. Well it was an invitation to a ball. A ball where kings from all countries were to show up. He read more of the details and saw that the purpose was to create peace within the world. "I would like to attend," he muttered to himself as he kept on reading. His eyes looked at the dates and realized it would be held a week from today. That was little time to prepare and leave. Abaddon estimated that he would barely make if he were to leave tomorrow.
"I will still attend," he said to himself, a smirk forming on his face. Plenty of other rulers were going to be there, and that meant plenty of chances to make alliances. Alliances that would help his country prosper. With a confident nod he set down the paper and rose from his seat. He had to inform his council on his short-notice departure.
