I think it was kinda hinting in the 6th book that Draco and Harry would have to somehow 'band together' to try and defete Voldemort. It was just the way Draco hesitated when he was supposed to kill Dumbledore when he said that he could help him. what do you think?

Well I think that Draco will help Harry at some point in the next book but I doubt they'll time team up together or become friends.

Okay enough with the obsessed fangirl-actions. I kinda 'hope' Draco will turn to the good side, because then he has the biggest chance to survive... But I like him evil!

I think Draco might help Harry, but he will proably wont do it until the fight id nearly over. But i dont think Draco will turn out to be good.

but after he accomplished the voldemort mission he woul be very close to the dark lord, and as he is so good in (the hability to read other people mind), voldy could see any attemp of treachery, it could be more logic that harry recieve some sort of help from wormtail... remember the begining of the 4th book? when voldy was teling the plane to wormtail, and how he "refuse" to use harry?

My personal theory is that Draco will come back to the "LIGHT" and be a reluctant assistant... and if Harry doesn't kill him first, he's probably going to meet the same fate as Regulus.

awww i like draco, i hope he dont die! but i do think he will be siding with harry, or maybe even being a spy like snape. dont forget that in the 6th book, snape said 'Ah...Aunt Bellatrix has been teaching you Occumency, I see. What thoughts are you trying to conceal from your master Draco?' thats a direct quote from page 322. so we know that he is trying to keep something from voldemort

I think it was probably his own fears Draco is trying to hide. Draco is not like his Father in some ways, most importantly Draco isn't a killer like his father. But carrys himself in a simular condecending manner. Which is not his fault simply because Draco was brought up under one set of principals and Harry another which clashed with everything that Draco had come to understand about the world. In time I think that Draco will come around to help Harry and ultimatly see that he was wrong and come to develope his own views and not his fathers. At the same time, I don't think he and Harry will be best of friends either.

I think that Draco will reluctantly turn from the dark side as many people have already said. I don't think he will do this out of the desire to be good (since he does support a pure-blood only way of life) but as a means of survival.
