What music do you like? Does any of it have a communist agenda?

Me, Im into most everything so long as its cool(as in not rediculosly angry, sad, stupid). Right now i guess im most into Native Tounge-like Hip hop, and i study jazz music on guitar, trombone, and piano. I got John Coltrane playing right now. I'm also a big rock lover i saw u2 last month and have seen rush, rem, the who, neil young and more in concert. Some bands like Rage Against the Machine and Dead prez do have communist ideas.

I'm currently into rock and new age music. I downloaded, legally, a couple really nice new age songs. They make me think of rain forests. My favorite bands at the moment are Sisters of Mercy, Rise Against, Killed by the Bull, and Marilyn Manson. Sisters of Mercy have some songs that can be interpreted in a way to support communism. Dunno if they intentionally meant for it to be that way.

Rage Against the Machine all the way. I'm mostly into rock but a little Public Enemy never hurts.

Im basically into anything that isnt damn repetitive or blatant. Umm, as far as artists.. The Beatles, The Who, Bright Eyes, Rage Against the Machine, Audioslave, Dropkick Murpheys, Freezepop, Daft Punk, Bloodhound Gang, Donovan, Sex Pistols, Minor Threat, Dead Kennedies, The Haunted, Fear Before the March of Flames, Otep, James Brown, Cat Stevens, Autolux, Beck, Blink 182, The Butthole Surfers, The Casualties, Fatboy Slim, Garbage, Gorillaz, Grateful Dead, Led Zepplin, Johnny Cash, Nirvana, Queen, Richie Havens, Robbie Robertson, White Stripes, Wu Tang Clan, DMX...

That takes too long. Im just gonna sum it up by saying I like stuff, because my ears like stuff. But not some stuff, sometimes the stuff going in my ears makes me cry. I like that summation.

Hmm.. Im kinda suprised the music topic got so far down on the list.
But.. i've found some rather cool albums lately.

"We Are the Night Sky" by Deadboy & the Elephantmen

Its this great like, southern guy who used to sing for Acid Bath. But now instead of goth metal, he does these really great Folk and Grunge esque songs. But they've got all these goth lyrics like, "I envy the night, for its absence of light."

"Armed Love" by The (International) Noise Conspiracy

One of the few major label communist rock bands out there. They're out of sweden, and most of their songs are pretty good. Theres like, two I dont care for. But they've got this pop punk dance sound, mixed with political messages done in soul. "Get ready to blend in to put it on and disappear. Soft fabric against the skin I could be anyone anywhere." Some of the lyrics aren't great, but the sound makes up for most of it.

"Thunder, Lightning, Strike" By The Go! Team

Unbelievably original, unbelievably lighthearted, and almost entirely instrumental. Its the kind of sound those music hipsters tend to rave about. But its just such a good album I can look past its tagged culture.

I guess thats it? I just bought Wolfmother's album, about to listen to it for the first time. They're basically this led zepplin esque trio out of Australia.
Oh, and the Live at Blackpool Lights dvd by the white stripes kicks the s**t. I watched it like, 4 times in two days.
