1. Backgrounds, Special Effects, and Weapons are not mandatory on Avys. They just make the avys look nicer and more realistic.
2. Girls who dress up as Sailor Scouts, please DO NOT edit the avatars and dress them your own way. Copy the uniforms EXACTLY how they are. One exception would be eye shape, as long as the eye is the right color and our anime sized, big, that's fine. Do not change anything else.
4. Guys dressing as Sailor Scouts, you may edit these avys a little bit, but keep the base uniform. As theses characters are not fully developed so the first plays may develope them there own way, with there own hair color, hair style, eye color (keeping the anime big eyes), there own accersorys, moves, weapons, and catchphrases.
