Well some of you have been passed in the chuunin exams and some haven't and still must fight in another round. Well now that you are chuunin, squads are kinda screwy since most likely most if not all of you passed. So, I am opening Oinin in Cloud. Since Hiro nor Kashensu are active I am giving the Oinin commander position to xXlildizzle1516Xx (Ryugan Kaguya). I chose him because I believe he is more then active enough, a good RPer and I think he can turn the Cloud Village Oinin into something good. So post here with the following format everyone in Cloud. Also if you are jounin we need some people in ANBU.
