I came home, then about 30 minutes later, some idiot playing with matches or whatever set a huge area of my street on fire.
It's pretty upsetting. What was once a big thick, forest area, dense with trees and bushes, is now nothing but ashes and dead trees here and there. Lots of animals lived there, now they'll have to find somewhere else.

Oh wow.. I can't imagine what that feels like, but I live near a mountain with tons of animals. And someone near us set a fire?
I'd hafta hunt someone down.
But to come home to that is just terrible. I hope the animals find a good place to go to.
Also, was anyone hurt? Are you hurt? D:

Fortunately no one was hurt. Here's some footage I took with my camera Had the wind changed direction and crossed that sidewalk, it would've spread to our neighbor's house and could've quickly worked its way to ours. Everyone was lucky that it didn't reach any houses.
Today I was told that they found a lighter there.

I really feel sorry for you, but at least your house didn't burn and you didn't get hurt!

Are you serious?! That sucks! It's good no one was hurt but still, this is why I don't understand why people made lighters and stuff like that. I hope the animals are ok too.
