Welcome to the NEW help thread!
I made this as I have been absent and in my absence, so much has happened, there was no way I could work under old conditions.
Now, as you will see, we have sections. In those sections I have questions listed. This should help you quickly browse to see if your question has already been answered.
I have still not completed everything, but I have done quite a bit these past two hours and I'm really proud of myself. I am going to kill myself working tonight...but oh, well.

Tribunal Questions
Where can I buy re-spawning grand soul gems?
In Mournhold there is a women that sells re-spawning grand soul gems. She?s actually the only one that will sell re-spawning ones. She is located in the upstairs area of the Craftmens Hall in Godsreach.
What's up with the dark brotherhood? Some guy tried to kill me when I was sleeping.
If you wake up in the middle of the night with some guy wearing black trying to kill you, then that is the beginning of the story-line for tribunal. This usually happens when you are around level five or higher.
note
if you HAPPEN to find a 'certain note' about a dark brotherhood contract, go see the people in the throne room in the palace. If you don't, then you miss out on a whole section of the stroyline.

How do you get to Mournhold?
Depends on the version you have. PC or XBOX, wait until you're level six, or ten, then sleep outside in the wilderness. An assasin will attack you (Dark Brotherhood assassin) and your journal will tell you to talk to a guard. Any guard will do, I prefer the Hlaalu guards, cos they like me. Anywho, you'll be directed to a man in Ebonheart, who'll direct you to a woman in the Grand Council Chambers in Ebonheart, who'll transport you to Mounrhold for free. Mournhold's a cool place, but you can only levitate in the sewers of Old Mournhold, Almalexia (tribunal god in Mournhold, Sotha Sil is in Mournhold, too, but in his own little world) is a b*tch who doesn't want people above her. Have fun and stuff.
P.S. If you go by the stradegy guide and help the king, don't EVER equip King's Oath. It bad....it so bad...
What is with the pool of forgetfulness?
It?s just a pool of forgetfulness. There may be some significance in someone?s secret past, but for everyone else, it?s just a bunch of water that apparently forget everything.
Can you beat the main quest without being the leader of a faction?
Yes.
How do you beat the game?
It is possible to beat the main mission, but the game is technically unbeatable. There are many different factions you can join and depending on which ones you join, can affect which ones you cannot join. Also, killing different people will disable the ability to do more. So technically, the game is ever-lasting since there is so much you can do. But I guess to beat the game is to do all missions you can and explore every inch of Vvardenfell.

Cheat and Glitch Questions
How do you join two houses at the same time?
First, join either house Redoran or Telvanni. Then do Larrius Varo's quest. After you do it, it will open the cammona tong topic. Then, you kill Orvas Dren...don't feel bad, he's a bad man. After, you talk to Vedem Dren about cammona tong and you will receive a rank in Hlaalu.
I was told to talk to someone, but when I looked, they weren't there! What happened?
Either you did something to make them go away, i.e. you killed them, or it's a glitch. This happens sometimes, just be patient. They should come back.
