Death and Birth. The only physical constants in this world. We have all been born, and now it seems we will all die along with our world.
The year is 2012. The fabled Apocalypse is upon us. Dimensions have ripped, and strange beings have appeared around strange rips in the dimensions, Known as "Openings". These beings resemble many mythical creatures. The most common are Angels and Demons. They oppose each other, and command the lesser creatures, known as "The faceless ones". The Angels fight to save us, while the demons fight for our destruction.
These fights have scarred our world, and the people are dying everywhere. Who among the living will be able to stop this conflict and save the world? Is it even possible to stop these powerful creatures, wielding strange weapons and powers?
Time is running out, and the Apocalypse is upon us. This time, even Fate cannot tell if we live or die.

Uriel sat on the branch of a weeping willow, looking down on a valley. She had just gotten back from fighting a strong demon and needed to get away. She loved sitting and watching the sunset over the mountains. One of the more beautiful things in the world. Uriel hugged her knee to her chest and closed her eyes. The birds were in high spirits of the day's end and the night animals were slowly coming out to say hello to the moon. In her hand, Uriel played with a small seed. She closed her hand around it, an a vine gently peeked through her fist and blossomed into a Rose. "When will the fighting end?" Uriel asked herself. "It only hurts the Earth. Nothing good ever comes of it."

Sareph Lightbringer Sareph came up behind Uriel silently, sitting on a branch above her in the Willow tree. The duck seemed calm, but the scent of blood was everywhere. Demons had scarred the Earth, and nothing was pure anymore.
"The world will be at peace and the wars will end once our mission is accomplished, Uriel. The demons are the cause of wars and sin. We must drive the foul beast back in the name of Purity and righteousness. Then this world will be clean once more, and blood will no longer be the source of nutrition for every plant." He told her, staring at the sunset. Sareph's Blade sat on his back, glowing softly as they sat in the tree.

Uriel Uriel didn't flinch when Sareph spoke. She continued to stare out at the setting sun. "I know Sareph." Uriel sighed and looked up at him. She gave him half a smile as she shifted her body, leaning back against the trunk of the tree. "Demons are bad and need to be gone. Some blood must be spilt in the name of Purity and Righteousness." Uriel's smile faded and her eyes moved slowly to the rose in her hand as another bud peeked from between her fingers and blossomed. "I just wish it was easier than this." Uriel didn't like bloodshed. She guided that passing souls. She didn't destroy them decide which should pass and which shouldn't. To other's, Uriel was surrounded by death. To her, she was the surrounded by a new beginning for the souls. Even knowing how dark and evil the humans can be, she holds no grudge or hate for them. And she would, IS risking herself for their saftly.

Sareph Lightbringer Sareph nodded and swung down silently to the branch Uriel was on, so he was sitting next to her. Sareph was the highest angel around, and he was the protector of lesser angels. Uriel was also a powerful angel, though not as high as Sareph. She was capable of handling herself, yet Sareph was often near her when she was in danger.
Sareph was fond of Uriel. She was intelligent and gentle, much more so than many angels, who are almost all gentle by nature. Ever since Urial began guarding the passing souls, Sareph had watched over her silently, often in secret, where even Uriel didn't know. But Infatuation and love are mortal ties that angels detach from. Angels love the earth and those inhabiting it. They do not love one another or a single being. It is selfish.
"Uriel, This war against the demons may last a very long time. There are many of them, and their numbers continue to increase. The earth is already scarred, and it is inevitable that the scars will run much deeper, Yet hope is not lost for This planet which we guard for the creatures that inhabit it. If we vanquish these vile creatures, then in time this world will heal, and until it has been healed, we will continue to aid the mortals as we do." He said with a tone of determination in his voice. Sareph was looking at Uriel now, a reassuring smile on his face.
Sareph never seemed to frown. Even in the darkest moments, he had something positive to say and some hope to hold on to and give to others. He was a leader by nature, though he preferred to fight alone in order to protect the others who would fight alongside him.

Michelle Jones
Michelle rolled over in bed, the blankets covering half of her body. Her hand was beneath her pillow gripping firmly on the handle of a dagger. There was a soft thunk from the apartment above her and she whipped around with the dagger in her hand, her eyes glancing around the room patiently. She sighed when she saw nothing and then looked at the time. 4:30a.m...Great... She thought. She ran her free hand through her hair and groaned quietly before getting out of bed and moving over to a section of her small apartment and began her morning two hour long workout.

Uriel Uriel watched Sareph swing down and sit beside her. Uriel looked up at Sareph, with a genuine smile on her face. She loved being in his company, more than a normal Angle should. He could always make her smile no matter how down her was. It was as if no matter where she was, Sareph was almost always there. She always felt safe, especially when he was there beside her. She knew that he was one to protect others, but secretly, she hoped she was special. She knew it was selfish, but God himself is selfish, why couldn't she be? She leaned forward and hugged him tightly as she gently laid her head on her shoulder. "Thank you Sareph. You always know how to make me smile."

Sareph Lightbringer Sareph chuckled as Uriel hugged him, and returned the embrace. He radiated warmth and comfort, and there was a soft glow radiating from him. Whenever he was near Uriel, he was strangely happier.
"Do not thank me, Princess. I am more than happy to bring a smile to your face. The more you smile, the happier I am. You are the guardian of passing souls, and you should always smile, so that the souls will be comforted by the sight of you." He said to her, placing a warm and gentle hand on her head.
Sareph had affectionately called Uriel by the nickname Princess fo some time. He had once told her she looked like she could be a princess, as she was extraordinarily beautiful. Ever since, he had enjoyed calling her Princess.

Uriel She could feel the warmth as Seraph's arms wrapped around her. All she could do was smile more. Being like this was always nice to her. Something she wished would never end. Uriel giggled lightly when he called her 'Princess'. It reminded her of that day he first called her a princess. It brought a little bit of red in her cheeks.
"I'm glad my happiness can make you happy my Prince."
Ignoring the blush in her cheeks, Uriel looked up at him with a smile on her face. She sometimes she joke and call him a prince when he called her Princess. To her, he was a prince, but she never said that out loud.
"I know I'm supposed to smile, but guiding the souls isn't always a happy thing."
Uriel sighed, not wanting to go into details about Hell. She simply smiled, just she was usually did in Seraph's presence.

Seraph Lightbringer Seraph frowned lightly and hugged Uriel tighter. He hated seeing her sad, even if she smiled through it. He could always sense her pain, even when she hid it.
"Now now, my beautiful Princess. Please do not be sad. I know the sorrow your duty brings, but you know I will always be around to comfort you." He told her softly. "As long as you desire my presence, I will be here. Always remember that."

Uriel Uriel laid her hand back against his chest. Feeling his embrace grow stronger, she hugged him tighter as well. She closed her eyes and listened to his gentle voice as she spoke to her, calling her a Princess once again.
Uriel smiled sweetly and meant it. He understood her more than the other Angles. That was on thing she loved most about Seraph. He understood her and knew her better than anyone.
"I will never forget."
Uriel's voice was gentle as she sat in the safest place she knew of, Seraph's arms.

Seraph Lightbringer Seraph smiled softly and lightly kissed Uriel's forehead. "That's a good princess." He said jokingly.
Seraph was of the highest order of angels, and was classed above all others. Every angel paid respect to him. The only person he stopped was Uriel. He hated it when she showed the respect his position demanded. While Uriel was a lower angel, Seraph saw her as his equal.
"Now Princess, I hope you know by now that whenever you wish for company, I will always be around for you." He told her, keeping his warm smile.

Uriel Uriel blushed more when his kissed her forehead.
"That's one thing I love about you, Seraph."
Uriel smiled sweetly.
"You're always there, or here. You're always with me when I need you."
Uriel's eyes lit up when she realized what she had said was true. He was always there. Even when she didn't need him, but that doesn't mean she didn't want him.
"Is that why you came down here?"
