It was a cold night, which was exactly why Crystalsong was out flying. It was be best weather for it! It was, however, lonely. Would be nice if she had met some one, but who would be so insane as to fly on a night like this?

Bored, Matariki flitted between the clouds. He wasn't paying too much attention to where he was going or anything around him. It was a lovely night, and he blended so nicely with the sky.

Dark herself, she tended to blend in as well, especially when she flew in and out of the trees as she was doing. But she felt the wind in her wings, and was too warm in the trees, so she blasted up.... right at a dark pony she didn't even see!

A bit of movement was all the warning he had before something crashed into him. "GYAH!"

"AHHHHHH!" she cried out, crashing into him in midair. "Oh Gosh, Oh! I'm so sorry! Oh...oh... Carrots!" she said as she realized she was falling. Was he falling too? Was he crushed?

He scrambled to regain his altitude and quickly grabbed her tail... which yanked him downward. "Up!"

She yelped loudly and pumped her wings. "I'm going up! I'm going up!" she insisted.

She faltered a bit, but finally righted herself and flew back to him. "Sorry!" she yelped. "Carrots and mushrooms, I'm so sorry. Are you okay?" she asked.
