Ren quietly mediated in a park in North City. She was focusing her ki, trying to see how high she could get it. She needed to get stronger becuase a new threat had appeared on Earth. Not only did she need to get stronger for that, but she also needed to protect her sisters. Heck, everything needed protecting these days.
So, she cotinued mediating with that thought in mind. As she did, new abilities started awakening to her.

Bree was on the outskirts of North City. She was running an agility course she had just set up. It consisted of long stretches to work on running speed, high opsticals for jumping hieght. With each lap she completed on the course, Bree pushed herself to beat the last one. By the time she reached lap 50, she was moving as fast as a race car at it's top speed of 200 mph and was jumping opsticals over three stories high with 3 meters clearance.
Satistfied with those results, Bree stopped and sat down to mediate. She wanted to see if she could sense her sisters's powerlevels.

Reka was mediating like Ren. But, while Ren was focusing her ki to get stronger, Reka was focusing her ki into making an energy shield. Why was she focusing on defense instead of offense? Because offense wasn't her forte. She would much rather sit on the sidelines then be on the front-lines and let someone else do the fighting.
As she did this, another ability also awoke in her. Reka gapshed as she sensed her sister's Powerlevels. This in turn made her drop her energy shield.
'Amazing! Absolutely amazing! Ren and Bree are getting so strong.' She thought as she reached out even further to see what other Powerlevels she could sense.

Ren came out of her mediation. Standing up, she raised her right hand in front of her and focused a small amount of her ki she had built up to her palm. The result was a small ball of silver energy. Studying it, Ren threw it at a large rock that one of the park workers had just given up on moving. When it hit the rock, said rock exploded.
Not bad. Now if she could multiply that a good 3 or 4 times, she could get one heck of a ki blast out of it.
