Ranking systems
-S.C.P.: the Social Control for a Better Population or S.C.P. is a world accepted special tactics force. Entrusted with maintaining civil peace upon the worlds many contents. While most of the lower level crime are still maintained by the nations own police force. The S.C.P. is brought in when the resources required or the crimes spread over multiple nations, or are considered to require their assistance. Within the history of the institute there has always been a animosity between the SCP members and the local police force, though they have always had cool relations with one another while on the job. Frequently there are fights between team members. There is no set uniform for the members to wear aside from a micro chip that is implanted INTO the skulls membrane for two reasons. First the chip is integrated with a homing beacon that activates when vitals fall to low, or when the person is lost. Second the chip has hundred of "Spider silk" wires extending into the brain boosting nearly all human aspects. Raw recruits are selected for application for all of the world’s nation’s police and military services. Upon completion of the application process the highest ranked are then inducted and introduced to their team. The ranking system shows a members proficiency in their field as well as their completion of missions to their failure rate. When determining which member is the team leader the common practice is to take the highest ranking sense they have the longest time in service and know the work force in and out. Though there were special circumstances where in the team decided for themselves based upon strength, skill, or vote.

--Entrusted (T): first year inducted personnel. A large majority if not all of their time is consumed by training, two meals a day, and sleeping. Though their training can be put on hold if a mission requires, most team leaders prefer to keep them in the school house.
--Spec Officer (S): most members receive their promotion into the ranks of the SCP and out of the school house within a year of their acceptance to the SCP. often times referred to as "Green horns" these member are more often than not sent out on missions that do not require any force and are meant to simply keep them out of the way till they learn the ropes f their unit.
--specialist (S): most Specialist's are the work horse of their teams knowing anything and everything they can about their job. Being highly trained and able to perform nearly anything under perfect conditions are a normal for these personnel. The youngest recorded member to achieve this level of proficiency in their field was five years after he was inducted into the SCP, followed only by one other member who made it in five years and two weeks.
--Sergeant (O,S): Sergeant are more directed towards the command and control level of the SCP. Still able to hold their own if not dominate any other member of their team they tend to concentrate on keeping their fellow "Specs" as they were nicknamed by the police force. In good health both mentally and physically. within a single team there are any where between five to thirty Sergeant, depending on the side of the unit and need for leadership.
--Command Sergeant (O,S): Command Sergeant are the cream of the crop in terms of their ability to perform any feat required by the rigors of their field and do so with a devils grin of enjoyment while they are in the field. When they are in the barracks or garrison they are rarely seen by most members unless they are in TROUBLE or receiving orders.
one unit about five years back decided to test and see just how strong their CS REALLY was with a, authorized and recommended, all out brawl. using one of the least combat used units for the test every member was put the same training and watched like a hawk to prevent any form of enhancement whether it be genitive or not. After a four month training the arena was built and the game began after a hour long series of races relays and other events the finally was opened. With every other military member only having competed in two or three events, the SM seamed well out matched sense he had participated in all of them. After 30 minutes of combat the SM walked out of the arena as med teams flooded the hall ways and the exterior parking lot, carrying every one out on stretchers. The SM only had one scratch on his left cheek. And the man that caused it was promoted to Sergeant shortly after wards.
-Host Nation: after being built and rebuilt over the past centuries and through the many wars that have ravaged this world. A large majority of the nations have accepted a common standard of ranks for their military, and police forces. Though the police only grows to limits half that of the army their status in their perspective forces are unchallengeable when working with them.

UNIT TYPES
-Standard: Is your most comment run of the mill units. they make up the bulk of the SCP's power base, but as such they have the more 'boring' tasks, and are used some times like cannon fodder. Genetic Enhancements are ether not used or restricted to boosting human attributes. Speed, Strength, and sight mostly.
-Special: With a largely smaller power base these units consist of 4-12 man teams. all of them are emboldened or gifted with a certain animals ability's. all of them or only select attributes are descendant on the persons Genome's ability to accept the new altercations. there are 6 classes that people can fall into, and each class contains every tribute of the animal sub species.
Wolf - dog like animals Tiger - cat like animals Bird Lizard - covers all reptile species Fish Parasite - Spy units
-Legend: With only three Units falling under this classification their power base is unmatched by any one of the other units. thought they are powerful they are not invincible. although very large precautions are taken to lower the vulnerable spots in these solders. the solders are also enhanced with elemental powers with in their Genome but these are very rare and unstable both in use and emplacement. most operate in 2 to 5 man teams.
Unit Classes: Dragon Phoenix Demon
-Experimental: Like the title suggests this class is where you will find the darker limits of the human genome and the imagination of mankind. While these augments will grant the person a large level of power far above a Legend class warrior their power comes with serious draw backs.
Firstly, their powers are the only ones that remain after being applied. as such some bonuses that were once enjoined are stripped away and the warrior must spend the rest of their life perfecting this one craft.
Second the primary control for their abilities are locked deep away in their subconscious. fight or flight reactions are turned into fight or kill reactions as the mind seams to almost immediately understand what has been given to the body.
As you can guess this level of integration into the human brain, and the extreme level of control over both body and mind required to just stay alive most subjects are shock troops. Sent in to kill everything on a battle field and themselves in the process. The few soldiers that can master their craft, tend to live a lot longer then most humans. on record with the SCP there have been five such warriors created sense the style was thought of.

SCP Commander  Name: Hydra Name Meaning: Code name Gender: Male Age: Unknown Social status: Military Appearance: ---> Personality: Straight forwards, has little time for whips or people that try to make them selves out to be more then they truly are. he has no problem laying down the law, and will not hesitate to correct any issue that he see's the very instant he catches sight of it. the battle field his his home. and his family are the soldiers of the SCP. History: though his records are sealed behind the highest level of security. and it takes nearly an act of god to get you into his file. his eyes look as if he has lived for centuries. his body is scarred and torn for many many battles. but his prowess is unmatched. he does his best to keep a smile on his face at all times, and often times is nick named the grinning fox, because often time it never moves.

Enhancements Titian blacksmith Description of enhancement: Though highly experimental and only used on about three or four members of the SCP. It allows the user to literally craft any object out of any metal they choose. Weather it is from mid air earth wood, or their own body that they use as a material. This augment guarantees that the fighter is never out of a weapon, or a shield. The quality of the weapons, metals, and compounds inside them are all based on the skill of the one using the ability.
Toll of usage on body: Even in a un used or dormant state the augment is temperamental. Requiring constant monitoring by the mind and control from the person no to turn the world to steel. As such the augments tend to be treated as having a mind of their own, reacting off of the fight or flight subconscious of each person. As such as the person gets tired their subconscious gets harder to control. Long story short, it makes the person tired faster and for longer than any other augment. And if the user tries to force it while they are tired, scared, or desperate. The effects can lead to a total loss of control, death, and destruction on a near biblical scale.

LS95 Military Member Name: "L" Gender:Male Age: 25 Social status: Poor Appearance: Personality: L is incredibly rude to everyone he meets, very rarely will he show respect or kindness to another, but has grown to show a particular fondness of Hydra. He believes in looking out for only himself and getting the job done in whatever way possible, even if that means going against orders. History: Contrary to belief, this 'man' was once a normal person like any other human. However a horrific incident claimed the lives of his parents when he was 10, scarring him both mentally and emotionally. He lived in an orphanage until he was 17, where he was pushed to his emotional limits by a group of arrogant kids one day. He had enough of them, and so he proceeded to beat the living s**t out of them using his fists, a wooden chair, and even a school desk. They were beaten nearly to death, with several broken bones and one even had a concussion. The law enforcement arrived to see the horrid scene and put him into custody, his eyes still burning with hatred. When he was being questioned, they asked him for his name, address, who his parents were, other things like that. He wasn't able to tell them anything other than his first initial, he had been blocking out that memory from that tragic day for so long he had almost completely forgotten who he was. He was sentenced to serve this world for the rest of his life to right this wrong. After several years, he's turned out to be quite a vicious soldier, though he does disobey orders on occasion for a number of reasons. EnhancementsParalyzing Glare Description of enhancement: A simple glance can cause temporary paralysis of the nerves if eye contact is made. Toll of usage on body: Eyesight deteriorates slightly and needs an additional two to four hours of rest. Also can suffer from severe migranes if eye contact is either met with a reflective object such as a mirror, or if eye contact is kept for longer than a minute. Toxic Breath Description of enhancement: Can exhale toxic fumes, which induces vomiting and has a slight burning effect. Can be lethal if over exposed. Toll of usage on body: Needs to eat 20% more than a normal person.Lungs, esophagus, and mouth are singed slightly from even the slightest exhalation of toxic fume. Cold-Blooded Description of enhancement: Requires less food to survive than warm-blooded creatures, and gives off far less body heat when relaxed. Toll of usage on body: Requires sunlight and other heat sources to be able to function and move at a regular pace, and cold weather will cause him to be next to useless.
