James and his family (his mom dad and little brother) were on a trip to the midwest of the USA.WE were in colorado on our way to Phoenix,Arizona when a 18 wheeler slammed into our car everyone died but, Some how i survived and got out of the car i got about 400 feet from the crash site, and the whole thing exploded and then i blacked out.A few days later i wake up in a hospital i did not know where i was, what day it was or how i got here,then it all came back to me the crash the exploding car and truck. When James was let out of the hospital he had nowhere to go, so he was trying to go home in the state of New York.It took him five months to get home and when he did,he did the only thing he could think of so, he started to pack thing like clothes and goes to a friends house, And when he got there his friend asked what he was doing there and James just started to cry.

So now a year later james is a junior in high school and summer vacation was a week away,and on the last day of school the sees a guy he never seen or met next to his car,And then he saw a raven but i did not know why it was so close then next thing i know i wake up and find my friend looking at me as if he just saw a ghost,thats when i knew i was marked and a day later i came to the house of night
