The mountain ranges along the southern tip of the continent of Figaro hold a deep secret. Hidden within one of the mountains is a separate mountain with solid steel gate etched within its face. No one know's how it came to be. As of right now, the only passageway into the mountain that contains this is through Figaro Castle.

Something stunk to high hell down here... maybe it was the group of Sand Tentacles he'd just killed. Never knew something below the earth could smell so bad. Either way, he was here now. Those creatures had been the last line of defense for this area... a place held secret by the Figaro royal council. Who would have thought that beneath the castle, locked deep in the mountains was a separate space for another mountain. It seemed almost unreal... fake would be the best word to use for this.

The guards posted outside weren't being paid enough to stop him and so they looked the other way when a few Gil just happened to 'drop' in front of them. However, they didn't seem the type to easily just give up. It took almost half the gil he had to keep their mouths shut so if someone had come in here before him... those guards were either incredibly rich by now or the person had snuck in.

Looking around, however, that would be almost an impossibility. The entire area was encased in solid rock. Even at it's thinest point, the mountain was about 3 miles thick from this point. Only path in or out was through those guards... so what the hell had happened?
