The Village gates stand tall, dwarfing any person who comes to the Village Hidden in the Clouds. It seems almost divine, glowing with a golden hue. If one attacked the gates, it would glow brightly, giving off the 'perpetual light' that it derives its name from.

Mizuni smiled, staring at the gates to her village...The village of her birth, the one she swore to devote her life to. She took a deep breath, running a hand through her hair. "How will this village run without little old me at the helm..." She pondered out loud, tracing her hand with a serene grace along the fence leading towards the outside world.

Entering the gates of the Perpetual Light, a man with a limp walk and what looked to be a broken arm trudged through the gates. The man's face was bloody and the only thing and his expression was a mixture of pain and sorrow. Looking up, his expression took a drastic change. One that represented hope. "Lord Mizukage....I am.....ashamed....of running from my....obligations." The man choked before falling to knees before grabbing onto the Mizukage's arm to hold himself up. "But for whatever....it....worth. I will tell.....yo..u..." The man's body could hold up for munch longer and with that he fell face first to the ground, his cheek bone hitting the pavement hard. With one hand he would clutch the Mizukages ankles tightly as he would mutter his last words. "Umi......eight....tails....beware..." He said with his last breath before his hand fell cold to the ground.

 "Sometimes I wish I was just a cloud, floating along."
The boy walked outside the gates of the village, bored as always. He was walking with a bent back and an ugly expression. His eyes were huge and dark looking as if he hadn't slept in awhile. The boy didn't have a name, so he called himself Bob. After walking for half a minute he sat down on the grass and watched the clouds. Before going to sleep, he heard some noise in the distance. That sucks. Now Bob can't get any sleep.
He saw as the man fell and described the scene. An eight tailed? What's an eight tailed? Some kind of octopus? "Pf...eight tails..heh...you shouldn't have ran from your obligations for fighting an octopus tsk..." The boy was so sleepy he didn't even know what the hell he was thinking. Before anyone could respond, he performed his only taijutsu move...sleep and slide. He closed his eyes and walked on till he reached this Umi place with the octopus. Sleeping made the trip feel shorter. Sleeping helped reserve chakra. Sleeping wasn't...boring...

Rei walks into the area and kneels next to the man and removes his mask but keeps his face hidden with his hood, "looks like he really wanted to warn you, we really need a good medical-nin."

Mizuni reached over and slapped the young man over the head. "Are you stupid? I am a medic-nin, and I can already tell you that this man has passed on. If I had been more prepared for a broken and bloody man, I may have been able to save him. But there is nothing more I can do for this man, so let me take his words into consideration. The Eight-tailed beast...If it's here, we must attempt to capture it. The only issue is...How?"
Mizuni paused as three ninja appeared. "We're here, milady." "Perfect. Find out this man's identity and his home. Alert his family of his demise, and prepare a funeral for him. Now." She ordered, the three ninja responding with a solemn nod before they took the body and vanished with it. "Now, let's capture that beast..."

Takeo was helping someone into the village, when a strange wolf-woman came from a portal of shadows and yanked him in, leaving Talo to fend for himself. The turtle awoke in the Mist.

~Cloud~ Missing Nin... not by choice Talo see the large gates infront of him he turns to Takeo.. "Takeo... where did you go?" he looks around and it seems that Takeo vanished.. 'hmm maybe he was just suppose to drop me off...' He watches as people pass through the gates.. He notices that the gates are glowing.. like a gold color.. 'oh that could be a jutsu that Takeo was talking about.. i wonder if i can walk through it...' Walking up the gates but just infront he reaches his hand out.. he was expecting to get shocked or not being able to put his hand through.. but nothing happened "oh.. well thats good" he walks into the village "maybe i should see the.... oh crap.. ah something Kage..." he walks into the village and starts to look for the building.. what ever it is..

Rei allows the slap hit his head but he grabs his hood as to not let it fall from his head, "sorry, Madam I did not know of you medical training. I will stay my tongue of such unneeded comments in the future." He stands and watches a man walk by as he places his mask back on his head, "hey, what is your business with the village of Cloud?"

Mizuni took a deep breath, turning towards Rei and Tomomi. "Boy, head to my office. Write a note to the Yukikage and the Mizukage. Alert the Yukikage that I cannot make it to the meeting as a village matter has come up. Write to the Mizukage and notify him of this...situation. Do not mention the eight tailed beast, only notify him that we need a powerful sealing technique to seal a powerful creature. If he cannot make it to us, then we will be in trouble...Tomomi. You're coming with me. We're heading to find the beast and hopefully subdue it. We'll need something to seal him away in first, but I hope we can defeat this monster and bring him back into the village. We may have a use for him later."

Takashi and Ibari, the Mizukage and his spirit contractor, appeared at the gates for a second time. But this time was different. He was... angry, though his tone or appearance didn't show. That mysterious aura that came from him was only thickened. "It would seem we are not the only ones with issues."

XXKyuri suddenly appeared behind Takashi unnoticed with a wide smile on his face. Finally, he gets to see the outside world. Being in Mist all day could be quite boring. Kyuri is okay with Fuuinjutsu but, the only purpose he came here were to just roam around. Kyuri approached Takashi and tapped his shoulder. "Oi Takeshi, why Kumo called us here when we have no ties to this village at all. You've been keeping secrets behind our back.....No wonder Shintake left. Anyway, What's exactly happening? " Kyuri said in a calm and relaxed tone as he stood beside Takashi while starring at something.

Mizuni couldn't help but smirk with Takashi and the other ninja appearing. "If Takashi is having problems with his village, mine is as good as destroyed. To sum things up...The Eight-tails is on the way here. He's been slaughtering ninjas in Umi, and as much as I hate to admit it...I need help. I know this is a conflict of interests for you, Takashi, as my village having the eight-tailed beast would be like giving me a thousand soldiers, but in return, I shall give you aid in catching another tailed beast for your own village. Please, Takashi, I really need your help on this one."
