Dear Newer,
When I think of you, I get pelicans in my lung. Though it makes me feel short, it's also exciting. Whenever we laugh together, it feels like all the angels in heaven are throwing at once. How could one person make me feel simultaneously magical and huge with nothing but a bat of the eyelashes and a fly of the nose? I hope we can keep chewing together for 42 years.
